Raymond at Brothers was very helpful to us when we were having issues with finding a kitchen faucet that fit our sink. The problems were resolved quickly and professionally and now we have running water again.

Raymond came and installed a check valve at our house. He did a great job ensuring that the work was done well and that we had no further issues after install. He came on time, explained the work to us and left our basement clean when he was done with the work. We would recommend him and Brothers to our neighbors.

When I discovered that a 100 year old clay pipe under my house had ruptured I called Brothers Plumbing. They sent an expert team who had the right gear and knowledge to appraise the situation and to quickly replace the old pipe. I was very impressed with their skill and attention to detail.

My wife and I have had plumbing pipe problems and the occasional sewer back up in in our basement our very old house for a number of years. Band aid solutions no longer worked. Called Brothers plumbing and spoke to Lisa and explained our problems. Within 10 minutes Raymond called me and was over to our house within an hour. Long story short: small 3 1/2 foot section of basement floor broken by the stack pipe to determine problem with a scope. Roots and debris removed and was told that they would have to excavate outside to remove rest of roots and install new pipes and a backwater valve. Quote given, quote approved. Job started on Monday and was completed on Tuesday afternoon to utter perfection and approved by the city works department. Ivan and his crew were clean, neat and thourghly professional digging a 15' deep square hole by hand as it was easier and cheaper than bringing in a backhoe. Everything in the house was tested and then the job was complete. Raymond stopped by on Wednesday for payment and provided us with a complete package ready to go to the city as we are entitled to a rebate for installing the valve. We have lived in our house for 21 years and have had a variety of trades people including a couple of plumbers at our home but none compare to the excellence, honesty and integrity of Brothers Plumbing. my sink was leaking and then the drain backed up. Raymond and Al came to my house and quickly and efficiently fixed these two problems. Not only were they professional but they were also great to talk to and explained the problem every step of the way. Extra bonus they were tidy covering their boots with covers to keep the floors clean. I usually use this company for my plumbing needs and these young men are keeping up their good reputation

Raymond and Al were sent out, not sure young fellows had experience with ancient stuff. Not only did they quickly assess what had to be done, they clearly were professional. Job done quickly and reasonably and they even cleaned up after themselves.
Some companies still hire craftsman and not just contractors.

We had a plumbing emergency and the main water had to be shut off. desperate for service we finally got a call back from jason at brothers plumbing. showed up within an hour of calling and did a great job. not cheap but good work and reliable company. the other 3 companies still havent called back.

Jason did a great job and solved the problem using the toilet auger!
It is an old toilet and he recommended to replace it to avoid further issues.
