Brothers was very good in responding to my initial request. However the woman I spoke with said someone would call me within a few days with an estimate and no one did. I had to call back and while they are not cheap they do good work. Robert and his associate arrived on time. Robert explained things well and provided preventative maintenance suggestions. I liked that he asked if I was satisfied with the service before he left.

I called Brothers at about 2:30 p.m. and by 4 p.m. my problem was fixed. David did a terrific job in identifying the problem and immediately fixed it. He was polite, efficient and had a good sense of humour. I will definitely refer people to Brothers and will ask for David in the future (if needs be). thank you for the prompt and courteous service.

Tony quickly and politely unclogged my kitchen drain and advised me as to how to keep it open.
I was very pleased that my call was answered in short order.
I'll certainly call them the next time I need a plumber!

Disaster! Basement drain clogged, Brothers snaked drain w/o advising of cost to find out it was city problem, $1000 also while snaking broke the backflow city valve and was fortunate enough that the city fixed it for me free. Then ordered parts for a groaning toilet and prepaid, ($450). I am still WAITING for these parts 4mths later. No follow-up and when I call they say they will phone back. Our pipes backed up and the Brothers Plumbing came in to assess what was going on. Through an investigation they discovered tree roots had all but eaten through our clay pipes and replaced the pipes. They worked quickly (opened our basement floor and replaced the whole pipe in 2 days) and cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend!

Raymond and Al from Brothers Plumbing are professional and courteous. They're knowledgeable and skilled at what they do - solving problems and pointing out issues now and in the future. Over the years, Brothers Plumbing has become my go to team for any plumbing issues - big or small.

Raymond and Al did a great job of replacing an old kitchen faucet that was leaking, as well as an old shower head. They were on time, friendly, helpful, respectful and competent. This was our third time using Brothers Plumbing, and again we were very satisfied with the service.

Our shower faucet would not shut off and was leaking water constantly. We contacted Brothers because I was aware of their reputation from previous use and it's difficult to find a reputable plumber. The dispatch service led me on for 24 hours. But eventually Raymond the plumber arrived 24 hours later and did a good job. He was friendly, fast and knowledgeable about his trade. He fixed our problem and gave us advice on other plumbing issues. Although I find this service expensive, I feel they are more trustworthy than other plumbers I've had contact with.

My husband and I were shocked when what we thought was a simple clog in our drain pipe turned out to be the equivalent of quadruple bypass surgery on our basement drainage system. We knew we had a problem, but we did not realise the damage that lurked underneath our basement floor - and beyond.
David and Mike in “Truck 33” really saved the day for us. I can’t say enough about this hard-working duo. Not only were they punctual and knowledgeable, but they also worked quickly and quietly for days to repair the damage on both the interior and the exterior of our property. They were approachable and accommodating and, given the mid-February temperatures, we cannot believe how they braved the elements to get the job done. They even installed a backwater device to help prevent future sewage backups, and they telephoned the City of Toronto on our behalf to arrange for a further inspection.
Needless to say, we highly recommend these skillful professionals.
