Raymond and Robert were very professional. They worked quietly and efficiently, and were thorough in the cleanup. They answered all questions and were very good at putting my mind at ease. They made it look so easy! I am very happy with how well it went. Another successful story!

Rob and Ray arrived promptly after my phone call to Brothers. They were prepared, knowledgable and completed all the work quickly and to my satisfaction. I have always had good service from Brothers and would recommend them to others.

My wife was doing the laundry when suddenly water started coming through the drain in the basement floor. I started trying to call for a plumber. I called 2 plumbers and was assured someone would call back to set up an appointment. My wife ran into a friend who recommended Brothers Plumbing. I called them and they came promptly. They assessed the problem, gave me a quote and got the job done quickly. I n addition to this they treated my property with respect. They were also mindful of keeping doors closed because we have cats. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Our company was moving and we had hired them to disconnect our 2 dishwashers, coffee machine, and fridge for which they had charged us $550 for, which was fine. We subsequently hired them to have our dishwasher reconnected at our new office, which they came to assess at our new space. The service person showed up looking confused at the setup and said he would return, which he never did. After a week of subsequent follow-up calls, the company never rebooked our service call, and didn't even bother to book us then and there to remedy the situation. After a week and a half of the run around we ended up hiring another company.

Our bathtub looked like the drain had "burped" black crud. We called Brothers and they advised us to try using a drain cleaner. It fixed the problem. Brothers honesty saved us many dollars! Thanks!

I had my bathroom renovated by Brothers Plumbing. Tony who I first met , listened to what I wanted done and was able to give appropriate suggestions such as cost and type of tile. He explained the process of the renovation and time,date of start and finish of the project. George Labracos was the actual person who did all the work for this renovation. He had an apprentice a young man named Raymond who was taking a plumbing course at college. I am sure Raymond received the best and proper instruction from George regarding plumbing as George was able to explain procedures to me which I understood. George was a hard worker , extremely polite and courteous. always on time. He left his work area neat and tidy daily. I also enjoyed conversing with George at his break times.I do not hesitate to recommend Brother Plumbing for bathroom renovations. My renovation was done in a timely manner with no surprises along the way

The team from Brothers was quick to locate where the water was coming in to my basement. They quickly and orderly removed the existing drywall, framing and insulation. (It's important to note they saved as much framing and insulation as they could to save on costs.)
The job required a lot of intensive manual digging but they left the job site neat and orderly every day.They were also great with suggestions that I could make to my front garden to help prevent the problem again.
Afterwards George did a fabulous job installing a powder room, laundry room and finishing the drywall and framing.
Brothers may not be the cheapest but their team definitely knows what they are doing.

A few Saturdays ago, the bathtub in our only full bathroom was suddenly clogged. As we have nowhere else to shower, we needed it unplugged ASAP. I called a few places that I found on Homestars and referred by friends, but Brothers Plumbing was the only place that could come by the next morning.

Tony snaked the bath drain and fixed the issue promptly. While Tony was in our home, I asked him to have a look at our kitchen faucet, which is a few years old and was starting to leak slightly... Tony advised us that it would better and cheaper to simply replace the faucet, which we have now done.

With respect to the price for the work done, while it seems expensive, I realize that I do not have the tools and skills to do what some may consider a simple job. We needed this urgent matter to be resolved quickly and effectively, and Brothers Plumbing and Tony did so.

We have had a number of sewage-backup problems over the years due to a private sanitary line shared with five other properties, hundred-year old clay pipes, and a very healthy, mature weeping willow tree which feeds on the line. Kevin Penney of Brothers was extremely helpful in devising a solution to our huge problem. Igor and a crew of other Ukrainians were fantastic at making the project happen as fast as I can imagine it could . Of the plumbers from six different firms I spoke with, Kevin was the only one who inspired confidence in knowing exactly what to do to help the city to expedite their side of the excavations as our new sanitary drain required a new hookup to the city sanitary line. It fell into place pretty much as he predicted and we are very grateful.
