Brandom Kitchens and Bath Centre

We decided to renovate and update our bathrooms this year – the main bathroom, the ensuite and the powder room. At the same time, we decided to replace the floor covering in our laundry room. After some preliminary investigation, we chose Brandom Kitchen and Bath Design Centre Inc. to complete this project. We worked closely with Shana, a very knowledgeable and patient designer. Shana was an enormous help, as she guided us through the whole process, spending much time making us aware of the many possibilities. After many meetings, where she showed us samples and eye-pleasing combinations of available products and decisions were made, the process began. Arnold proved himself to be a very skilful installer. His work was extremely well done in all areas of the project and we were very pleased with the final results. Based on our experience, we have no reservations about recommending this company to anyone undertaking similar renovations.

After seeking out quotes from two different kitchen renovation businesses we stopped in at Brandom and spoke with Sandy. She had great ideas for our kitchen design and was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products. She explained the different options and pricing and was absolutely willing to work along with our own electrician and flooring installer. We were very lucky to have Dan and John doing our kitchen. Very friendly, professional and amazing attention to detail! Our kitchen was done in a very timely manner and every aspect ran like clockwork. Carolyn did a great job of coordinating everything and Paul and Rick also did a great job at our site. I would highly recommend Brandom Kitchen and Bath Design Centre to anyone needing a renovation!

I needed a kitchen renovation badly! The blue and white geese on the wallpaper needed to fly the coop! After a referral from my brother and sister-in-law, I visited the Brandom Showroom. From the first point of entry and up to the last visit from our amazing designer Shana, we were treated respectfully; our questions/concerns were always dealt with quickly and professionally. Shana had wonderful ideas to turn my small galley kitchen into my oasis; John was a great installer and his quick wit and respectful sense of humour helped me through the transition of living out of my basement laundry room! Workmanship is first rate (thanks John for all your effort) Of course no project ever goes perfectly and a sign of a good company is how they deal with problems when they arise. Brandom was first class all the way. Thank you Shana for your exceptional design, attention to detail, and continuous effort behind the scenes that made it all happen and seem painless on our end.

We hired Brandom after being referred by a colleague, and after interviewing many other contractors over the course of a year. We found that acting as a full service contractor (ie: designer, supplier of materials, renovator, service team, etc) they met our criteria for a "one stop" shop. This was very helpful given we could go to their show room and actually touch/feel all materials we were planning on including in our project. The end results speak for themselves - Brandom has access to excellent inventory...high quality and reasonably priced.

Jim helped us with the design work over the course of a few months, and Tony was never far away. When it came down to the dollars and cents the costs were fair and reasonable, and most importantly exactly what I expected.

Dan and Randy were the contractors who did the work - full kitchen tear down and rebuild, master bathroom tear down and rebuild (with a new closet), and full updates of the other two bathroom. They also installed new long tiled ceramic tile flooring on most of our first floor. Dan and Randy are sticklers for their craft. They expect themselves to complete the job as good as they would complete it in their homes and the results showed. No issues with uneven floors, inaccurate tiling, slanted cupboards, etc. Everything was done very well with very little rework, at least from the customer perspective.

Renovating a home in Markham was also a long jaunt for the team, who were located no closer than Courtice. They travelled every day, and arrived and departed at the exact same time for over 3 months. This helped plan out our days, as we were staying in the home with 2 kids through the entire process.

It's difficult to get glowing reviews from other homeowners in Markham, where seemingly everyone is getting something done to their home. Every person that comes into our home is blown away at the reno results. It's a show-home now!

If there was one piece of feedback have passed across is that we had to spend some time staying on top of the work to ensure it was getting done correctly and per our specs/design. This is I think largely a result of the distance between Brandom's home office and Markham but it did start to wear on us over the 3 months of the reno.

My wife & I wanted to completely re-do our kitchen; Sandy at Brandom helped us change the layout of the existing kitchen (including removing a wall) and designed a beautiful new kitchen for us. Expertly installed by Dan, this project was completed on time and on budget. Sandy in particular was a great source of knowledge whenever we had questions about the products or timelines. Will definitely use them again when it comes time to re-do the bathrooms!

My kitchen was totally ripped out and renovated. Also put in a pantry. I am totally amazed and happy with the transformation. My new kitchen is absolutely beautiful. Jordan who did the carpentry and installation is very professional, curteous and pays attention to detail. I am very pleased and would recommend Brandom. It was a pleasure to have the people of this company design and build my kitchen.

We chose Brandom Kitchen and Bath to provide a minor renovation in our main bathroom and replace counter tops in our other two bathrooms along with new faucets. Our sales person assisted in our product selection, color and style. The instalation process was quick and professionaly completed to our satisfaction. Jim did a follow up phone call a week later to do a customer review. We had to reply that we were fully satisfied with the end results.
