I had an urgent requirement for plumbing work. Tyson explained the likely problem over the phone and came over to fix the issue after a few hours. Work was done very quickly and fixed the issue. Overall very happy with the work.

NTI did a complete bathroom renovation in our century home, coming up with creative solutions to the inevitable challenges, and staying on schedule (2 weeks from start to finish!). Tyson was great! He was very diligent and made sure everything worked well before leaving. There a bit of a challenge replacing the toilet but he did not give up and found a solid solution!

Tyson was very knowledgeable about his trade. What I liked is how he explained the problems we were having so we can avoid similar problems in the future. He did a great job with our plumbing issues and found creative solutions when things were challenging. He took as much time as he needed to complete the job.
