I recently had the pleasure of working with Rob and Blake on a complete house renovation, and I can confidently say it was a phenomenal experience. They transformed our outdated house into a stunning modern home that exceeded our expectations. They communicated effectively, kept us informed throughout the process, and seamlessly managed all aspects of the project. The entire team was dedicated, reliable, and delivered outstanding results within the agreed-upon timeframe. We hired Baeumler Quality Construction for a renovation of our full house, including removing a full supporting wall and adding a beam as support. Taking on such a huge renovation of our home definitely caused some anxiety. But once we met the Baeumler team all our worries were eased.
Not only do they have efficient and professional trades, but the constant communication allowed us to be fully involved in every step of the process. From the start of the process and discussions with Matthew to design our plan we knew we were in good hands. He had great ideas for how to make our home both stunning and functional that we never would have thought. There were never any surprises during the full duration of the project and both Rob (project manager) and Blake (site supervisor) made sure we were always part of any discussion of changes if they came up.
The final product far exceeded our expectations. The quality and attention to detail were above anything we had imagine and we are so happy to be in our home.

Professionalism, experience and efficiency are traits I came to expect during out extensive home renovation with Baumler Quality Construction. Both the project manager and site supervisor were available seven days a week to answer our questions and were always looking for the most cost effective way to complete our job. Solutions to pandemic related delays were handled quickly and skillfully and we feel very fortunate to have chosen Baumler. Our friendship with our two primary contacts and the entire Baumler staff only grew during this extensive renovation, a sure sign of a successful partnership.

In COVID times, we started a major renovation with Baeumler Quality Constrution (BQC). We had never done any type of reno before and were quite concerned we hired the proper company. Just about everything went back to the studs.
From the first home visit, everything was professional. Ideas/suggestions were presented to us that we did not think of about. No pressure was ever felt by us to do anything we did not want. Detailed visits with their architect & designer to ensure flow/usage of the space were greatly appreciated. Baeumler also uses Baeumler Custom Cabinetry (BCC)
for cabinets/counters. Selections of tile, cabinets, counters, plumbing fixtures, windows, lighting etc etc were varied and amazing. We were sent to contacts for selections, Each time, each individual we encountered was professional and knowledgeable and worked with Baeumler on a timely manner.
Trades were professional at all times, cleaned up always and arrived
when scheduled. If a trade could not make it, we were notified asap.
Of course hiccups happen. Especially during COVID. Each time the project manager and site manager took care of it by working with the trades/suppliers to keep the timeline moving. The project and site manager were open to phone calls/texts/emails whenever. Even after hours. Very appreciated. We did not have to worry. Also, complete transparency to costs. We were consistently given a schedule of timelines and it was frequently updated.
The result is a beautiful, "top notch" quality renovation. We very much
recommend to all who see our house to contact Baeumler. Yes, we would
use them again and again.

Just to add: We were sent to the wood processing mill to review/approve the colour of our hardwood. We saw the whole process. This was very exciting for us to be so involved. The whole renovation was exciting, informative, interesting and educational as to what can be done. If you can think it, Baeumler Quality Construction can do it.

I hired baeumler construction for some cabinet repair and installation as well as for the replacement of a custom walkout double door patio door and the installation of a new front door.

The work was all done on time and with a great deal of communication and involvement with us as customers. Things were handled extremely efficiently and professionally. Everything was on time and right on few eatiqmte/budget and the employees doing the work were easy to deal with, came back to finalize work on weekends and evenings to get things as we needed them. The door jobs were far more complex than anticipated due to the custom sizing and location but all was handled with the supplier effortlessly.

We would recommend (and have) baeumler to others on the street who have engaged them as well for some very significant projects.

The Baeumler team were amazing with my kitchen renovation. Every person that came into my home was polite, courteous and very skilled at what they did. The work was completed in a timely manner, the kitchen was cleaned up at the end of each day and the end result was exactly what I wanted. I was able to ask any question along the way (I didn't have a lot of reno experience!) and the team was always great with guidance and advice. My kitchen was a small budget project and I felt just as important as any other client. I would definitely work with the BQC team again.

Avoid this company - I have never seen a company as poorly managed with no regard for customers needs and zero customer service. The sales advisor Matthew will do everything in his power to get you to sign the contract. Don't believe anything he says. Matthew is part owner of the Cabinetry company and will attempt to sell you "quality and top of the line" cabinetry. Trust me these cabinets are poorer quality than ikea and in hindsight I wish I went go Ikea rather than Bauemler Quality Construction. We have tiles that are misaligned, shower leaking, baseboards that are uneven and the list goes on. Very very poor contractors that aren't very skilled at their trades. They use the "Bauemler approved" slogan for everything and it's nothing special. Terrible people to work with after you sign the contract with zero respect and zero customer service. I've been trying to call for months to fix some of the deficiencies with no reply. We are now seeking legal action against Baeumler Quality Construction. This is by far the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. Terrible Company run by people who think they are better than you and aren't afraid to tell you. Avoid this Company and hire a different reputable contractor!!

We approached Baeumler Quality Construction (BQC) for a full renovation. We paid a lot of money for them to design and engineer changes including applying for a building permit. They are horrible to deal with and walked away because we wouldn't agree to the GAG order in in their contract. The contract favoured BQC unfairly and didn't offer us any decision-making rights or even an actual project price. After working with BCQ on the designs for 8 months and choosing all of the materials, BQC would only provide a rough estimate of the costs. Who signs a contract without a solid price?? BQC was unwilling to negotiate ANY terms of the contract. Horrible people to work with. We wouldn't recommend going with BQC or their cabinetry wing Baeumler Custom Cabinetry (BCC). Absolutely nothing in it for the customer. It all comes down to the Baeumler name just being a big marketing wheel that all. Baeumler makes money on sponsorship and tv now, customer satisfaction be damned.
