After completing a crawl space underpinning job we needed a talented framer to install a set of posts and beams. The project was complicated by the fact that an existing beam had to be removed.

After contacting Igor he quickly came to our site to review and estimate the job. He provided a quote quickly and provided a time frame of when he would be able to start and complete the project.

Igor was nothing but honest from the beginning. His quote was more than fair. He knows his trade well and was able to provide us an extremely accurate material list which we agreed to purchase.

What we particularly appreciate was his willingness to come and quote a small job.

Igors workmanship is excellent. We couldnt be more pleased with the results of the job. The post and beam installation was excellent. The wall framing and bulkhead construction were equally good.

Wed like to create a second floor addition in future, and we would not hesitate to call Frameart again. We are more than comfortable recommending Igor and his team to anyone.

Should I do another project on the scale? They will certainly be the first people that I call.

Igor and his team removed two load bearing walls and installed LVL beams. They were responsive, communicative, friendly, professional, patient, and reliable in scheduling the project and ensuring all details were prepared, doing the work, and also following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The team is very knowledgeable and experienced and got the job done in less than a day. There prices were also reasonable. We were very impressed. We have our structural inspection coming up and are hopeful and confident the project will be passed

Igor was amazing. Took one look at the work I needed to get done and was 110% confident in the delivery of the work. He doesnt waste time and you can tell hes very skilled at what he does. He can visualize the outcome before he starts. He helped us close off a loft into 2 separate levels. They worked quickly and it was very efficient. I got quotes from 4-5 other framers and Igors came out the most reasonable as well. Ive already made recommendations of his service to my friends.
