dining room table set-coffe table

ordered Dec 19, delivered dining table on Jan 12 it was damaged Bad boys has had 3 extra attempts to give me a proper table and I am still waiting. The customer service is terrible. I wanted a refund but they said they do not do refunds. why not if the product is damaged and in my case the coffee table has not yet been delivered. I will never purchase at Bad Boys again. terrible products

Brutal Boy Furniture

I bought my furniture from Bad Boy in September with zero percent financing and zero payments for one year. The salesperson did not inform me of an annual $21.00 fee.

I had just recently moved and my address on my Driver’s License was my old address. I informed the salesperson of this, she took both addresses and noted that all bills, documents, etc. should be sent to my current address. She required verification of this address and I presented her with a letter from my workplace, which she confirmed with her supervisor was an acceptable document.

Bills for the $21.00 annual fee were sent to the old address and therefore I never received them.

TD finally called my house and left a message regarding the overdue payment.

I called TD back unaware of the fee or that it was overdue. The woman on the phone told me she was going to change my address and send a new bill.

I received the new bill, phoned in for help setting up the payment online and paid it immediately upon receipt of the new bill. I made sure to ask the girl on the phone if I was required to pay anything else. She replied “No, you don’t have any other fees owing”.

In the new year, I received a bill for an overdue payment and interest charges. Not knowing what this could possibly pertain to, I called TD. The first female customer service representative told me that my account did not show that I have zero percent financing for one year. She instructed me to go into the store where I bought the furniture and assured me that they could fix the problem.

I went to the store and they explained that not only could they not fix the problem but that I needed to call TD once again.

I called TD from Bad Boy and this time the male customer service representative told me that since the $21.00 annual fee was not paid within 30 days (even though I hadn’t received the notices), that the financing agreement is taken off and interest would accrue (another fact Bad Boy did not disclose). He explained that I needed to talk to Account Services but that they were not open after 12:00pm on Saturday and I needed to call back on Monday.

I called back on Monday and asked to be transferred to Account Services. I was on hold for one hour before I hung up!

I called back 20 minutes later and a new customer service representative reviewed my account and told me that I did not need to speak to Account Services but that I needed to fax this complaint. He repeatedly refused to transfer me to Account Services after several requests to do so.

Unsure of what to do, now that three different people offered three different solutions, I called Bad Boy again to see if they could help.

I explained my issue and the representative told me that I needed to speak to their Manager of Operations. She called me back today and informed me that she attempted to speak to TD who would not look at the account and therefore could not help.

My issue has been deflected by so many people and my major concern is my credit rating. I have worked my entire life to gain perfect credit and I should not be penalized for an error that I did not make.

It is Bad Boy who:

1. Did not follow through with providing the right address to TD
2. Did not inform me of the $21 fee
3. Did not inform me of the result of not paying it in 30 days

I'm currently waiting on a call back from the Manager at Bad Boy after informing their representative that this is completely unacceptable. I'm not holding my breath on getting a call back.

Buyer beware: Bad Boy is named that for a reason.

Purchased a mattress, couch and love seat

Worst service ever. I purchased a mattress and they set a date for pick up, I called 2 times to confirm.. Then when I showed up with a truck on the confirmed date it was not in stock. They were very rude and unhelpful, I got the mattress 2 weeks later and never received the 50$ instore credit I was promised.
I gave them another chance in December when I bought a couch set they did the exact same thing. I called 3 times, and the day of pick up to confirm
My purchases were there, they said yes, got there and only the love seat was there. They wouldn't even give me the floor model.
2 weeks have past and I have spoken to three unorganized managers with no concrete date of pick up.
Worst company everr NEVER AGAIN!!

BAD BOY FURNITURE BURLINGTON STORE

We purchased 5 pieces of furniture for our new consultation room on Sept 28/11 and were promised delivery in 4-6 weeks. Ten weeks has passed and we've received nothing but a runaround. The "expected" delivery date has been changed 4 times so far. The store manager "Sharee" told me two weeks ago that it would definitely come the first week of December. It's Dec. 6th now and I've called the store 3 times in the past two days and he will no longer accept or return my calls. The store manager Heidi keeps making promises to get to the bottom of it but still no news! They took a full payment from us on Sept 28th and we do not have our promised furniture!

DO NOT BUY FROM BAD BOY FURNITURE !!!

Purchase of fridge

I have a 2 year old GE Profile fridge with water/ice. Bad Boy is going to take a month to replace the broken parts and want me to take a loaner fridge as well (2 fridges in my kitchen) while they fix it (keep in mind this is the holiday season). They do not return calls. They do not provide decent customer service and most importantly, they do not make it worth it to buy from them. DO NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THEM - GO DIRECTLY TO GE OR OTHER WARRANTY COMPANY!!!!

Whenever there is an issue, we dispatch a technician to assess the situation as quickly as possible to avoid any inconvenience, and in the event that the repair of the item is deemed to take longer than expected, we offer loaners to try and alleviate the situation.

built in wall oven

On installation of my wall oven the front glass panel shattered. Immediately I called Bad Boy, sent photographs. We worked together through the process and within 3 weeks a new wall oven was deelivered to me.

sales, Costmers Service

LASTMAN”S BAD BOY Attitude is ignorant, rude, unprofessional, we purchased a Whirlpool Electric Range from Bad Boy in Barrie, ON they always try to forces you to pay more for extra warranty, we had a problem with them from the begging of our sale, the first time they delivered our stove it did not work, we called them to let them know that it did not work, the sales person was rude. Then they gave us a new stove after I had to let them know that costumer service SUCKS and I was going to report them we got a deliver a week later. Now the stove has an electric problem first some of the buttons do not work one by one and now my oven does not work. I called them and again I got

THINK BEFORE YOU GO TO THEM FOR ANY FURNITURE OR APPLIANCES they are not to be trusted. I also say THINK BEFORE YOU BUY WHIRLPOOL. I am now going to buy a stove from SEARS.

Sofa set with 5 reclyners

I bought a sofa set with reclyners on July 24th. The rep told me it would be delivered in 2.5 weeks. They wrote on the order that it would be delivered in 3 weeks. Now, they do not have even an specific date to deliver. It means, they sell something that they do not have. I went to the store and ask for a compensation on the delay, they said since the problem is with the manufatoring company and they do not compensate them they cannot campensate me about delaying on delivering. I should bought it direct from the manufactoring since the store does not care about the consumers. I am, really unhappy with the store. I most probably do not buy from them again.

Lastman's Bad Boy always wants to have satisfied customers. With our quality products and great, low prices that Bad Boy offers, sometimes our stores sell out of product.

When this happens we make every effort to inform customers when stock will be available again or to help them select other products that they will love just as much.

Leather Couch & Washer/Dyer Set

The store manager at Bad Boy was very accommodating with us. He arranged delivery exactly when we needed it to fit into our schedules and provided us with a discounted price in order to fit into our price range. Overall the service and accommodation was fantastic.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Received 2 damaged kitchen tables 4 weeks ago and have been trying to resolve since then. they wont return calls, but admit thsi should have been rectified weeks ago. after serveral return visits to the store i am now being told they wont refund money, but will give a replacement only.
honestly, worst customer service and business attitude I have ever experienced NEVER AGAIN
