Fridge was under warranty. Door spring broke. Submitted a ticket in August. Have received nothing but a run around and then found out ticket closed. Terrible customer service. Will never buy ever again from there

Same issue as pretty much everyone else. Ordered a dishwasher online, every time I called about a delivery date they would say within the next 2 weeks. After 6 weeks of hearing this I wanted to cancel order but they would not refund my money as "All sales are final" even though they haven't delivered the product. On their website they list the product as "Available to Order" which is misleading and it doesn't mean the item is in stock, it just means they will take your money and give you the run around. I then took the store credit and ordered another dishwasher and the whole process of delay, delay, delay started again. Still no refund or money returned.
Stay way from this business, they have thousands of complaints with the Better Business Bureau, they are not BBB accredited and have 'F' rating, I would recommend doing a search with the BBB, just so you know what you are getting into.

I'll try to keep my 6 months of frustration short. Ordered a LG dishwasher with a delivery date of a week. Received call that it delayed for 4 to 6 weeks. Ok fine. Called after that time, delayed for a month where as this model available in stock at other stores. Asked to speak to a manager, got a call back in a few days and was asked to reach out to Rohan, a manager at the Dundas location who was in charge of shipments. Promised a month, then 2 more weeks after. When I called after that he wouldn't speak to me and I had to threaten to come to store and be loud to speak to him finally. Said delayed more. I said please cancel enough is enough. Said oh online order call head office. Frustrated with incompetency but fine. Made 3 calls to get order cancelled. Was told no problem manager will approve. Finally received today after 6 months, BadBoys never cancelled. Incompetent company and managers, please stay away

Do not buy anything from this store!!!! I attempted to buy a dryer online and they do not have it in stock unlike their website stated. They refuse to refund my money and want me to buy one of their suggestions instead - which means another manufacturer. I have had to go through the credit card company as they are refusing to give me back my money. They are also impossible to deal with on the phone and will only try to make me buy another brand. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!! In the meantime I am forced to go to the laundromat to dry my clothes!!!

APPALLING SERVICE! DO NOT PURCHASE AT BAD BOY!!! I ordered 6 appliances on December 16, 2022 and was promised them by January 27, 2023. Its April 22, 2023 and have only received the stove and refrigerator. Still missing the washer, dryer, dishwashing and microwave/range. Barrie store has washed their hands of it and all the telephone numbers at the head office arent answered, voice mailboxes are full and if you zero out, the call will go around in circles. I want a refund and the answer is, No.. THIS IS WRONG!!! Yet, they deliver three delivery trucks full of appliances to a new condominium, so that order is fulfilled on time. I see whos important and its not the average shopper. I will never shop here again! And, I will tell everyone I know not to shop here!! Our money counts, too!

Bought furniture on line. The order was accepted, did not say anything is out of stock. After almost 2 months, I still have no furniture and the many calls to their customer service (each time I call I am on hold for approx. 25 minutes) no one can help me. I ask to speak to a supervisor, and I am told someone will call back. I wait for a whole week and no calls. I call back to ask what is going on and I am told, they will have someone call me back. I ask to cancel the order and they tell me that all sales are final and I can't cancel the order. But I haven't received any furniture and they don't even have a date for availability. WORST COMPANY EVER.

I bought a dining set in Nov 25/22. I still have not received it almost 3 months now!

Long wait times with customer service up to forty minutes . Waited 8 months for delivery yet they charged my credit card from day one not when items ship. Exchanged an appliance for a cheaper model and they refused to refund me the difference in price. Customer service reps have no authority to issue refunds and refer it to managers who never call you back. Avoid this retailer .

I bought a freezer here because I saw it's free delivery, but after that I regrets and I should have pay the delivery fee and purchase elsewhere, it took forever to deliver and customer service can't do anything helpful for you

We placed an order on September 5th, there was no indication on the website that the item was not in stock. We emailed shortly after asking when delivery would be arranged, someone called and said 2-3 weeks. We called back when this timeline was not met and were told again 2-3 weeks. When that timeline was yet again not met we called again and were told the same thing. After 10 weeks the person on the phone, who was the only one we spoke to that seemed to care, said that we were not included in the next delivery and admitted that every employee we spoke to before us were intentionally misleading about the date. It has now been over 12 weeks, still no delivery. We called for a cancellation and refund and the woman on the phone was very rude. Tried to claim a week refused a refund and when we asked for a manager she hung up on us. Its over a 30- minute wait every time you call. They clearly oversell their items and do not care about customers. Avoid ordering from them at all costs unless you want to deal with a lengthy credit card dispute.
