I have a 2 year old GE Profile fridge with water/ice. Bad Boy is going to take a month to replace the broken parts and want me to take a loaner fridge as well (2 fridges in my kitchen) while they fix it (keep in mind this is the holiday season). They do not return calls. They do not provide decent customer service and most importantly, they do not make it worth it to buy from them. DO NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THEM - GO DIRECTLY TO GE OR OTHER WARRANTY COMPANY!!!!

Whenever there is an issue, we dispatch a technician to assess the situation as quickly as possible to avoid any inconvenience, and in the event that the repair of the item is deemed to take longer than expected, we offer loaners to try and alleviate the situation.
However it is only an option for the customer to consider - we are one of the few to offer this extended service to our customers.
