I recently (last month to be exact) bought furniture from your store in Scarborough, specifically a couch and love seat, a box and mattress . AJ was the rep who answered all my questions in a very professional manner and showed so much confidence in the products I was interested in that I ended up getting them even before I planned to. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and having been a prior customer of Arrow, in future Arrow would be my first choice for household needs. I have and will recommend Arrow for the quality products you offer.

I recently purchased a bedroom set and entertainment unit from Arrow Furniture. The sales people were very helpful sourcing out a special order unit that as it turned out was a great selection. I was extremely pleased by the delivery crew who promised a call 1 hour before delivery. Deliver was prompt and the boxes were taken upstairs with the utmost of care. I did not purchase assembly thinking I could put together the pieces on my own. This was a mistake. However, I did call the store the next day and was put in touch with the owner who immediately sent out his installer to assemble the bed. I am extremely grateful to all the staff at Arrow furniture for making my shopping experience a memorable one. I would recommend anyone looking for home furnishings to consider stopping over at Arrow's for advice and guidance on your next purchase.

I was in search of a dining room set for my condo and the options provided to me by the staff at Arrow were terrific. With limited space and looking for something modern and hip, as well as, "kid friendly", they helped me find the perfect fit. For the last 30 years my first stop for furniture is Arrow! Great company, Great people!

Israel (Decorator & General Manager) helped us decorate our condo. He did a great job. He listened and found us the exact pieces we wanted. We were able to have our furniture delivered within the time frame he promised. The delivery guys were great. Clean, organized and fast. There was an art piece missing from the delivery & Israel personally delivered it to us the next day. GREAT SERVICE & GREAT QUALITY.

No complaints about purchasing or delivery service. However, some of the parts were missing when we opened the boxes. We didn't get an answer with the service manager when we called. After 2 hours and multiple calls, we finally did talk to the service manager. We were anxious to get this resolved so that our daughter had somehwere to sleep. We were told that we could drive from Oak Ridges to pick up the missing peices OR we would have to wait 5 days for them to be delivered. Since we already paid for delivery, there was no way that we were going to drive to the store. The service manager was unwilling to help any further and didn't understand why we were displeased. I asked to talk to the manager, Michael, who was very nice and helpful. He fixed the situation for us which allowed our daughter to sleep in her bed that night. If it wasn't for Michael, we would not be returning to Arrow for future purchases.

Hey Jason, just wanted to thank you for looking after our living room furniture purchase, looks great in the space, great quality and really comfortable for the price! Not disappointed in any way, the experience has been first class, and I can say at 60 I have made a few furniture purchases and none compare to “Arrow”. No wonder you guys have been in business as long as you have.

The designer Israel help us decorate my home. We bought some furniture from Arrow and some from other industry he told us. The quality service is very good. The design idea is very fashion. Price is moderate.

I have admired arrow furniture(Brampton and arrow rd) unique custom furniture that isn't available just anywhere for a year and half. When I returned to the stores I was met by friendly staff especially Muhammad A Chughtai, he was very accommodating, friendly and patient with all my questions and concerns. I do wish there was room for negotiation with the price but I am very satisfied with the assistance and knowledge that was given by mike the general manager, stern but fair and willing to take the time to talk about the items. Once I receive the furniture I will be back for another review.

This message is for Royce at the Arrow Furniture in Scarborough. I have been searching high and low for a particular bench, which I always believe Arrow will not disappointed me. Both Patrick and I are very appreciate you being so helpful. You are a honest, knowledgeable classy person, never put pressure on us. We feel home when we come back to Arrow.
