I'm a first time homeowner. A few months ago, I began the daunting task of looking for furniture to make my new house feel like a home. Most people I know would not even think to go to Arrow Furniture. But one day I decided to walk into their Kennedy showroom and give it a chance after being sorely disappointed by other well known furniture stores. After a while, the salesperson suggested eliciting the help of a designer as part of the services they offer. The next day I was contacted by Israel Adud. 

Believe me when I say that he is the best decision I made throughout this whole home-buying experience. From doing our initial assessment where he took measurements of the house, discussed possible furniture pieces to go in what area, hours spent walking around the Weston showroom selecting just the perfect piece - all the way to delivery and making sure all goes well with set up, as well as quick response to rectifying issues found. It was like having an opinionated friend with you, but with absolutely no pressure imposed when it came time to making decisions on your taste and preference. He was friendly, approachable and extremely patient with me throughout the entire process. He gave me space when I needed time to think, and he didn't rush me at all especially when I had indecisive moments.  

He is undeniably Arrow's best kept secret!!! I've been telling all my friends and family about him. And yes, they too were shocked with my testimony. But after seeing my new place, everyone's curious and checking out the company's website. So what are you waiting for? We had purchased a Queen bed from Arrow Furniture's Scarborough location on Kennedy Road and found that the headboards would not fit. Even though this was a final sale, Salesperson Royce from this location got the Arrow Customer Support to look into our problem. A technician soon arrived at our house and got the bed headboards fixed the way we wanted it.

We appreciated Royce's personalized service which was excellent and look forward to being associated with him when we visit the Kennedy Arrow Furniture showroom any time in the future.

Arrow Furniture has beautiful, quality made furniture. My husband and I have shopped here many times over the years, furnishing our entire home. Our most recent purchase was a gorgeous sectional couch, ottoman and accent chair - with custom chosen fabrics. Parmod, our sales person has great décor taste and suggestions. We get so many complements on the look and quality of our furniture.
Hakim, the store manager is super and very customer satisfaction driven. He accommodated our special requests related to delivery. My family will definitely shop here again and we recommend this store to others.

I would like to comment on my recent visits to your brampton store. I have dealt with Dolly Singh on both ocassions and the service was terific. She was very knoledgeable in every aspect of the store. I was very pleased with her help in choosing the furniture I was looking for. She works hard to please her customers and made my visit very satisfying instesd of stressfull. There was no pressure but she could give me an answer on every piece of furniture I looked at.

I needed a mattress for my son. I walked into arrow furniture in Brampton and Muhammad helped me to chose the best mattress that will last me a long time. I walked in with a budget of $1200 hoping to buy myself a king size spring box and metal frame as well.
