I have recently purchased all my bedroom, living room and dining room furniture from Arrow and I absolutely love it! The services I recived from Parmod and Christine at the Brampton location was amazing. They were very friendly, helpful and informative.
Also wanted to mention that this is the second time I recived wonderful service from Parmod.

Farooq is very helpful man , when I enter to the store he greeted with me very kindly and ask me how he can help me , I explain him what I am looking for it then he help me out with everything what I was looking for it . He is very knowledgeable with the store item

I bought dinning and study for my new home. I really like both of them. Am really happy with the services provided to me by Christine Samuel. Christine showed me the really good ones and also helped me to choose the best. I had an issue with the delivery of my study, the delivery guy was very rude and took back the table. Again Christine not only apologize for him but also sent back the same table through different guy and the table was good to go. Am really thankful to Christine. Arrow is lucky to have her as an employee.

When furniture was delivered, sofa and loveseat couldn't fit through the main entrance door. Arrow furniture came the next day, took out the door and tactfully got both sofa and loveseat through the main door.

Got a new house about a year ago. Have been updating new furniture room by room. Bought most of my furniture from Arrow furniture, Brampton. I was helped by Dolly Singh. She helped me make the difficult decisions and I am very happy with choices we made. Would go to her again for my next purchase. Also want to thank the manager, Pramod Sharma for giving promotional price.

I am facing my life's worst time since I went to arrow furniture scarborough.i had purchased my whole home furniture since 2 years I was saving money finally the bad day came I stepped into arrow scarborough.i purchased but before delivery I wanted to cancel & get my refund bcoz of some big family I need my money for my in law surgery & that most important then buying furniture I went to store for my refund but manager refused I begged but he didn't understand my situation he just gave me store credit what will I do with store credit I need to travel back home for surgery but I can't without money I am trapped in arrow they didn't told about their policy they said I should ask ok my life's biggest mistake I requested to take 25% restocking fees I don't want any furniture give my 75% back it can help me but they refused said to bring some one who can help to purchase on behalf on me come on i have to go my back home I am requesting plz give my refund or arrange some customer who can buy from my store credit plz in store every day lot of customers come you can help me if you want plz I really want to see the if you really mean the word Making you feel like home then help me get my own money back it's a request plz if you have heart to feel you definitely help me soon I don't have much time request if someone interested plz use my store credit help plz contact me soon

Very helpful. No pressure style of Sales. Delivery received 2 days later. Will go back.
