Anna's Housekeeping Services

I am extremely pleased with Anna's Housekeeping. They try to send the same person each visit. Elena has been fantastic. She is so thorough. It is so nice to have all my blinds dusted and cleaned and even the ceiling fans. She is very efficient and also flexible if i need her to begin either upstairs or downstairs. Anna' s is very reliable and very reasonable...much more so than some chain services. They call
every Saturday before to confirm the next appointment. I highly recommend Anna's!

I have been using Anna's cleaning service for over a year now. I am beyond satisfied with the level of service I receive. Our cleaner, Alana is amazing. She is so detailed in her work, she even folds the bath tissue into a triangle like at a hotel. lol.
Of course the big jobs are always done with the same amount of attention, the floors gleam and the bathroom sparkles. We were paying a lot more for a job that was no better and took the lady the entire day. Anna's has our place clean and tidy in about 3 hours.
I have and will continue to recommend this service wholeheartedly.

Terrible!! No shows AND blamed me for their mistakes, plus bullied me, put me down and refused to let me speak!! They treated me like I was less than human, it was a nightmare.

I called these people in to do an end of tenancy clean.
I was busy that day as I was moving to a new rental so I did not watch over the lady who came.
I was also short of time at the end of the cleaning session which lasted 3 hours so did not go over the whole place with a microscope. It looked relatively clean when I paid her the fee and gave her a good tip. She dictated the time it took to clean the place by the way, she could have taken longer.
When the owner of the house returned she also thought it looked relatively O.K however on inspection the base boards were filthy, there were cobwebs in the corners of the room, even though they can be easily reached from the floor.
When I rang to complain I was basically told that I should have checked thoroughly and that they would not refund any of the fee.
I am very disappointed and will never use them again.
Better to use a more expensive cleaning company and get a decent result.
Now I have to pay for the house owner to have the place cleaned properly.

I have used Anna's for a number of years. Very reasonable price and usually able to accommodate flexible scheduling. Some of the cleaners have been just "ok", but more often than not they do a very good job within the scheduled time. I'll keep using Anna's.

Ivetta came to clean last time and she did an amazing job. Everything looked so nice and organized. Really impressed with the service. Looking forward to the next time she cleans.

I don't know how anyone can recommend this company. I generally never write negative reviews but I'd like others to avoid using this service at all costs, it's a waste of money. We hired a cleaner for 3 hours post move in. The website says they supply basic cleaning products, this was not the case but fine since we had everything she needed. The tasks that needed to be accomplished was clean 2 bathrooms, kitchen (surfaces only) and floor (sweep and mop). Since everything was in boxes there was no need to dust etc. 3 hours should have been more than enough time to thoroughly clean these areas. When I returned home surfaces were lightly wiped down, dirt remained in cracks everywhere. Bathroom was wiped down as well, definitely not scrubbed. Garbages weren't emptied, corners not swept. Terribly disappointed and company would take no ownership of this.

Tremendously pleased with Anna's! I've been using the service for about three months and am constantly amazed at their efforts. While Natalie is our regular cleaner (and she's incredible!), two of Anna's other staff, Grace and her partner, came to the house yesterday (on a Sunday, no less) and scoured everything thoroughly. They even stayed an extra half hour to clean under the beds. So impressive!

We have used Anna's Housekeeping for a number of years and have been very happy. The very first time, we had a cleaner who didn't meet our expectations (she was OK, just not great), so we let the service know and they sent someone new the next time. The next cleaner was excellent and was with us for at least a year. When she went on mat leave they found someone else for us so we didn't miss a beat. If you're looking for a reliable, affordable, quality housecleaning service Anna's is great.

I have used Anna's Housekeeping for a couple of years now and am always very pleased with the quality of service. The workers are skilled, reliable and deliver according to my instructions and expectations. Very recently I was especially impressed with the polishing and dusting the girl did, the job was outstanding!
