Anna's Housekeeping Services

I have been using Anna's Housekeeping for 3 hours per week for over a year. My boyfriend and I both work crazy hours so a cleaner is necessary. Anna's cleaners have always been hard-working and awesome at cleaning a very messy apartment in only 3 hours. Right now, Natasha is cleaning our place and she is the best yet. Overall Anna's has cleaning services that are flexible, high quality and a very low price (considering the alternatives). I would recommend Anna's cleaners to anyone without hesitation.

I should have stopped using Anna's long before I did, but the price was good and I got used to cleaning up after them, finding the work half done, even coming home to see their housekeeper had a friend of theirs in my home (and not a second housekeeper). One time they did a really great job, and while that specific housekeeper (Amelia) was never available again, I kept hoping that another would be like her. None ever was, and so when they increased their rates, that was the last straw. I told the woman on the phone that I was hesitant to rebook at the higher price because the job isn't done well enough, and she said "well you take some time to think about it." and hung up. No time needed, thanks.

very very poor service untrained people very slow didn't clean anything leave my house messy.so sick never call them again.no mop no furniture clean or glass.charging hourly $40 hrs for 2 people cash.don't waste money

After a year with this company we have had to let them go. We found that they only do surface cleaning. Their staff is continually changing over so cleaning times and quality are never consistent. Their office administrator does not offer any help when you address quality or compensation. We have two small kids and found over time that a kitchen or house being cleaned when we are trying to make meals does not work. My suggestion would be shop around and find an individual who will make you feel like more than simply a number. Very disappointed

Anna's Housekeeping has offered a wide range of support services over many years. When I recently asked for cleaning services once a month, I was relieved to know that it could work - every 4 weeks. A phone call reminder a day ahead, prompt arrival, pleasant staff, reasonable rates for this senior - have brought me great satisfaction and support. One woman in particular has made my day a few times now, with her high standards for the tasks at hand, her clear enjoyment of her work, her obvious experience and useful suggestions. I'd recommend Anna's Housekeeping to friends and family in a minute!

I've used this service for one year. The service is reliable and the people are kind and hard working. Of special note is Maria who is totally incredible. She cleans thoroughly EVERYWHERE. The customer service over the phone sometimes feels abrupt but don't let that deter you. Your house will be sparkling and that's what counts.

We have been using Anna's Housekeeping for more than a year now and we are so happy with the service. It is easy to book an appointment, leave instructions, and come back to a spotless home.

They are very accommodating, even on short notice, always polite and diligent.

We have been using Anna's Housekeeping Services in Toronto for over 10 years. Over the years, a number of Anna's people have helped us. All were professional and did a great job. Emilia, in particular, has been coming to our house for many years. She is excellent: on time, professional, respectful, conscientious, thorough, proactive, thoughtful. Anna also provides great customer service on the phone, to accommodate our needs and any changes.

I'm very pleased with Anna's Housekeeping Services. I've been using their services for a while now and the ladies that come and clean the house are very pleasant. They do a thorough cleaning and always make sure to ask what I would like them to do. At the end of the service I always find the place very clean, neat and tidy. I would recommend their services and the price is quite affordable too which is great!

Tonya and Surj cleaned my house today. They just wiped down surfaces and barely scrubbed. They kept asking me to inspect rooms in which they cleaned and when I found toilets still dirty and faucets untouched they just said that they don't see any dirt and then would complain to each other in Russian. They are very rude and I would never recommend their services to anyone!
