Great experience dealing with Michael. He assessed everything, got it done, and before I knew it, he was out, almost like I never had any plumbing problems in my house. Great service!!

It was a pleasure working with Amand and his team. The issues were clearly communicated and pricing was established before hand. The work was explained to me and the new and old parts shown.

Had several plumbing issues: needed kitchen faucet to be replaced, new toilet to be installed and bathtub to be unclogged. After reviewing the situation, I was told that I would need to replace the kitchen pipes to help with the water flow. I appreciated being told that the pipes were not up to code and needed replacing. The fee to remove the old toilet and dispose of it was waived which I appreciated as well. The only issue was that I wasn't made aware that there was a fee of $100+ to use the tools to cut the kitchen pipes. I paid over $500 to install the kitchen faucet in addition to the $100+. In terms of workmanship, the company is great but in terms of pricing, it is a bit expensive.

Michael took a lot of time to answer my questions on several plumbing concerns in different parts of the house before proceeding with work. He gave me great advice and a recommendation for a different faucet. I feel like I have a much better understanding of the plumbing needs in my house and what I need to address in order of importance since my house is over 100 years old and some of the plumbing is very old as well.

I recently had my kitchen sink repiped and couldn't be happier with the service. The team arrived on-time, was extremely polite, and completed the work efficiently. The quality of their work was excellent, and the final cost was well within the range of the initial estimate. I highly recommend their services for any plumbing needs.

Laz from Advanced Plumbing came to diagnose a few plumbing issues we had at our new house. He provided very detailed and useful information about our house and gave us a few different service options. The work to replace a faucet, upstairs toilet and some connector lines in our kitchen was then done. Laz worked quickly and with precision, and provided lots of information for us to better understand our new house's plumbing going forward. I would highly recommend using Laz and Advanced Plumbing.

Had work done last year to update piping to code and change a shower cartridge. A bit over the price of another quote, but in any case went with this company. The team completed the updates the same day.

There was a service fee for the quote, if I declined to go with them, but I am not certain where that was noted. Might be an industry standard, but would recommend including that when sending confirmations.

Our kitchen sink suddenly made gurgling noises and waste water bubbled up in a basement sink on Saturday. We called and spoke to Chris who was very helpful and booked us for an appointment first thing Monday morning, saying that his techs were already on weekend jobs but to call again if the situation got worse.
Aman arrived Monday and got straight to work. He solved the kitchen issue, a blockage from food buildup over the years. He also scoped all our floor drains at our request, and carefully explained the images we saw on the screen. He gave us clear advice and patiently answered our questions about when and how to upgrade the old clay pipe sections in the future.
The third item Aman helped us with was bathtub taps with no water flow. He took apart a tricky access panel and checked the tap valves for flow. He dianosed the problem as a blockage in the faucet, and suggested we contact Riobel re: warranty replacement.
All the work was done calmly and carefully. Superb and very professional service, we highly recommend Aman and Advanced Plumbing from this experience and will definitely use their services again. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to others we have used in the past.
