This is our first time using Parker's. The office response was a bit slow due to spring rush, but everyone I spoke to was helpful. On the appointment day we got a call saying because we have stucco Parker's will not use ladders. The office was able to reschedule for the same day with their soft brush hose method. Ryan did an excellent job of our exterior windows and balcony glass. He was very polite, careful and went over a few tricky areas twice. One window he decided to do from inside by hand to get a quality result. Would hire Ryan again for sure. Thanks for making our windows sparkle!

Our kitchen sink suddenly made gurgling noises and waste water bubbled up in a basement sink on Saturday. We called and spoke to Chris who was very helpful and booked us for an appointment first thing Monday morning, saying that his techs were already on weekend jobs but to call again if the situation got worse. Aman arrived Monday and got straight to work. He solved the kitchen issue, a blockage from food buildup over the years. He also scoped all our floor drains at our request, and carefully explained the images we saw on the screen. He gave us clear advice and patiently answered our questions about when and how to upgrade the old clay pipe sections in the future. The third item Aman helped us with was bathtub taps with no water flow. He took apart a tricky access panel and checked the tap valves for flow. He dianosed the problem as a blockage in the faucet, and suggested we contact Riobel re: warranty replacement. All the work was done calmly and carefully. Superb and very professional service, we highly recommend Aman and Advanced Plumbing from this experience and will definitely use their services again. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to others we have used in the past.

Mike brings a lot of energy and a positive attitude to his work. He called ahead to confirm he was on his way, and soon showed up ready to get to work with his assistant. We had a long list of trim carpentry bits and pieces, left-overs at the end of a long reno. A large transom window trim had been refused by several other carpenters. We waited almost 9 months to find someone willing to tackle this project. Mike was up for the challenge and did an excellent job of cutting the two badly formed trim arcs to make one good one. The baseboard work around some steps is excellent. Old damaged stair stringers were given a whole new lease on life by assistant Mauro, with thin stock wood covering 65 years of dents and thick paint. Mike also installed some door handles for us, and paid careful attention to casing work in our crawl space even though it is hidden out of sight. He is very willing to discuss options and keeps client satisfaction a top priority. Quality clearly is genuinely important to this hard working young professional. At the end of the day, a few small items were left. Mike gave his word that he would return, so we paid in full. (His quote was half the price of another quote we had). The next day Mike was back to complete everything as promised, and to adjust one handle from the day before, which was slightly misaligned. His communication and carpentry skills are great, and he is a very pleasant person to have in the house. One of the best trades we have worked with in our 2 year reno process.

We bought a new tap. It seemed like a simple connection job to us, but turned out to involve a drain pipe adjustment. Chris advised me that he'd have to cut into the drywall and I imagined a huge gaping hole and lots of dust. On the contrary. The work was done so carefully that the hole is tiny and there was hardly any cleanup afterwards. We also had new shut off valves for our outside taps. This meant putting the kitcar on the drive and of course it was a rainy day!Chris (a car guy himself) helped cover the car and worked fast so it could get back inside as soon as possible. Drainworks are a thoroughly professional company with high quality standards. Everyone we have dealt with has been helpful. Quotes are accurate, time estimates are realistic and we feel relaxed knowing we are in such good hands. Thanks for another great job!
