Dishwasher had not been in use for at least 5 years. The technician discovered that the hose was cracked. He was careful when taking the dishwasher apart and explained things as he went along. They were able to get the part in fairly quickly. They kept me updated as to when the part arrived. The technician was good about making sure there were no leaks after it was fixed and he was good about making sure that the hose was not positioned in a way that it would crack again. He was also good about keeping the work area clean.

Had several plumbing issues: needed kitchen faucet to be replaced, new toilet to be installed and bathtub to be unclogged. After reviewing the situation, I was told that I would need to replace the kitchen pipes to help with the water flow. I appreciated being told that the pipes were not up to code and needed replacing. The fee to remove the old toilet and dispose of it was waived which I appreciated as well. The only issue was that I wasn't made aware that there was a fee of $100+ to use the tools to cut the kitchen pipes. I paid over $500 to install the kitchen faucet in addition to the $100+. In terms of workmanship, the company is great but in terms of pricing, it is a bit expensive.
