I had Laz stop by to help me with a sink leak issue. He arrived within the window that was provided & was finished in that same window of time. Laz was kind enough to educate me on the problem & provided me with a sliding scale of solutions. He was transparent about what each item cost, and how the work will age over time. He fixed a few extra issues I had as well!!

Afterwards he demonstrated the changes & improvements. Great communication skills, speedy work & very independent so I was able to continue my work while he was here.

Aman was very personable and was meticulous in his work. He explained why the leaks happened and how he would fix them. He showed me how the oxidation had spread up both pipes leading into the kitchen and suggested also replacing the one which hadnt sprung a leak yet. However, he did not try to pressure me into replacing the second pipe at this time. After the jobs were completed, he double checked his work, cleaned up any mess and showed me the results. This is a company that cares about their customers. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Michael, from Advanced Plumbing was knowledgeable and very professional. He offered advice, gave us a quote and returned to install our new sump pump all in the same day. He paid attention to detail. I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing and will use them again.

We needed to have a hose bib repaired. Advanced Plumbing promptly responded and sent Ian. The hose bib is in an awkward spot and Ian thought through some creative trouble shooting to facilitate the repair. I appreciated Ians friendly, professional manner. I will definitely use Advanced Plumbing in future and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Post epic flooding a few weeks ago I needed all my drains amd safety measures assessed. From my first call to the expert technicians departure the entire experience was smooth and professional. I feel very confident with the work assessment done and booked for a check up for next year .

Laz, the plumber arrived shortly after Chris from Advanced Plubming called to say they had a cancellation and could come that afternoon.
When Laz arrived he listened to the problem we were experiencing and suggested the toilet seal could be the problem. He used his I-pad to show us the cost of the job and offered a seniors discount without us asking. Our house is over 100 years old so no repair job is straight forward.
He fixed the problems he found to make sure the toilet sat firmly on the flange. He kept us informed of what he was doing and cleaned up before he left leaving us feeling very good about our experience.

We moved into a new house in Toronto's west end, and Advanced's work was fantastic, reasonable and efficient. We especially appreciated the explanations and thorough work Ian provided.

They were responsive, polite and kept me updated in an evolving situation with the flood and power outage. They still came when they said they would, did the service perfectly and were polite and professional throughout.

We had a leak and needed someone to come in right away so we could use our kitchen sink. Laz was great! He was extremely professional and nice to talk to, and he explained the issue thoroughly. We will hire Advanced Plumbing again!
