Reliable Dryer Vent

Adam was right on time for my appoint. He asked me if I had any problems with the fire place. I told I had a problem with the smoke backing into my family room. Adam thoroughly cleaned the fire place and the chimney. He also checked the chimney to make sure that-everything was working properly . After the full inspection Adam suggested that I get a grate to raise the wood of the fireplace floor. I did that and everything worked fine. He cleaned up everything and you wouldn't know it was in my house. I would definitely recommend Magic Touch to clean your fireplace.

We have been using this company for many years. The cleaner arrives on time and always has a floor covering to protect from dust and ash. I've noticed that the price has gone up quite a bit over the years. Considering the time it takes to clean our chimney it may be a bit steep but we haven't compared the cost with other companies since we are happy with their service..

Requested to have Mark service my chimney since many others appreciated his work. Mark noticed some water damage and suggested to change the chimney caps to prevent potential corrosion. I appreciated his helpful approach and detail eye to point out additional areas of improvements.

A very personable guy came over and cleaned out the chimney and explained how to use the fireplace. All very helpful and appreciated. Didn't push for extra work when I asked how often cleaning was necessary.
