Reliable Dryer Vent

Had this company originally come in to clean our chimneys, in the new house we bought. The downstairs fireplace room would fill with dense smoke anytime we would light the upstairs fireplace. Company said we should install caps, so that's what we did for several hundreds of dollars. It did not solve the problem at all. Basement continued to fill with smoke any time we lit the upstairs fireplace. We called them back to have a look, in case they had misdiagnosed the problem. They said there's no crack in the chimney, so suggested putting fibre glass in one of the chimneys to see if that made the problem better. It did not. We called them back again. Guy came to remove the fibre glass from the chimney. They had no other solutions. When we called back the third time, the office had the audacity to tell us we should give the guy some cash for coming out there, because it was a long drive for him. Would never recommend this company, not only did they cost us a lot of money for what we've now found out can be done for much less (caps installation) but they also did not fix the problem we hired them too, and provided no alternate solutions. It's quite clear they are no experts in this field, and we regret hiring them.

Fantastic from start to finish. Extremely easy to book an appointment and actually got someone on the phone before their opening hours. Service was done exactly as promised and my space to work in is very small. Very professional all the way thru to completion.

They were excellent to deal with right from calling to book the appointment to having to change the appointment to finishing the job. They arrived on time, were very professional, did an excellent job and were very pleasent to deal with. Great job!

Our fireplace started smoking so we called Majic Touch, shockingly they came out the same day. Adam cleaned it quickly and was very friendly and professional. I really liked the fact that he did not try to upsell me on anything during his visit. I was so impressed that I now plan on using them yearly for a cleaning. I would highly reccomend them.

Freddie pulled up outside my house early (on the worst day of snowy driving we've seen this year) and was ready to go at my door at my scheduled time. He couldn't have been more polite and got straight to work. My stove is spotless and there isn't a speck of dust anywhere in the room. This is the second time I've used Magic Touch and wish I could give them a 20 to make up for not writing a review last time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to my mother.

Fred was very friendly and helpful. He did a wonderful job cleaning the chimney. The whole job took about half an hour (and it was a very dirty chimney!). The fireplace and surrounding area were left in immaculate condition. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use Magic Touch for the next cleaning.
