Small problem with nearly new dishwasher. Found a small piece of plastic that slipped by the filter and done. Not much experience with this kind of thing, but seemed a little pricey.

A very personable guy came over and cleaned out the chimney and explained how to use the fireplace. All very helpful and appreciated. Didn't push for extra work when I asked how often cleaning was necessary.

Thomas was a highly knowledgeable and charming guide to our new house. For complete novices at home ownership we got not only a rundown of the status of our house but also a valuable lesson on how to maintain it. The opportunity for follow up questions was much appreciated.
