Reliable Dryer Vent

From start to finish dealing with Magic Touch was a pleasure.

When I called to make the appointment the representative was very friendly and was sure to let me know that all of the service technicians were employees of Magic Touch and not contractors. She then scheduled an appointment for the next time a technician would be in my area.

Today, Fred came to clean out chimney.

He was on time, professional, very courteous, knowledgeable, did a great job and left no mess.

We will definitely call Magic Touch again next year for our annual cleaning!

I finally got around to having the chimney cleaned after about 5 years. I had used Magic Touch the last time also. They arrived on time, finished within the timeframe they indicated and charged what they estimated. While they were at it, they also looked for any trouble areas. All in all a great job!

Great service. I needed to have the existing lock top damper removed and replaced with a squirrel-proof chimney cap in preparation for a gas log installation. Adam called me at work 30 minutes before getting to my home so I didn't have to take a half day off work to wait around. He did the job efficiently and thoroughly. I would definitely call them back to do a cleaning.

Have used this company for a number of years. They contact me regularly. The Technician is prompt, provide a very satisfactory service which takes about an hour and leaves the area near the fire place clean & tidy.

BEST service ever - WE had a fireplace built for us using an existing 100 year old chimney, we had it inspected twice by wett certified companies, but they didn't scope it. We weren't comfortable with that and after reading homestar reviews we called Magic Touch - good thing we did. Richard found MANY dangers with the rebuild. Had we lit the fireplace we would have surely had a house fire. Richard was here through the week, and on weekends and worked long, hard hours to make our fireplace safe for our home. It was one of his biggest jobs ever, and one of the most dangerous examples of a fireplace that he'd ever seen....... It was a lot or work...He's a dedicated guy and a perfectionist. Great, great work and we are SO HAPPY to have a fireplace that works and is SAFE to use!!! Richard gave us all a good lesson on how to light and prepare fires etc. Great guy and we will recommend Magic Touch to everybody!!!!

We've been using Magic Touch to clean our chimney regularly for several years now, and we keep coming back because they are consummate professionals. They are polite and willing to answer questions, always arrive on time (or call if there's a delay), work efficiently and leave absolutely no mess. This time, we came home from a vacation to find that a squirrel had gotten into our chimney (past our old guard) and worse, fell into our wood stove. It died trying to eat its way out and left behind a destroyed door gasket. Magic Touch cleaned the chimney, installed a much better--and squirrel proof-- chimney cap and replaced the door gasket of our regency wood stove. All in under an hour.

Richard is the Man - very knowledgeable and takes pride in making sure everything is perfect - very happy with Magic Touch and have already referred someone to your company- of course it was one of the hottest days we have had this summer, but Richard went up on the roof and got everything completed. My experience with Magic Touch was wonderful from the moment we met their Home Show representative to the minute they finished the job.
We had our fire place cleaned in April by Richard from Magic Touch. Richard was very personable and knowledgable. He provided information about my fire place, including helpful tips for its operation. He made sure to keep the work area neat and clean, there was no trace evidence from the cleaning at all when he left.
Would definitely recommend them.
