Early one spring, we approached Underhill for help in rejuvenating our lawn. After a harsh summer and brutal winter, our lawn was a disaster. We thought that re-sodding was the only option, but Jamie offered a much less costly solution. We weren't sure if the re-seeding would work, but much to our surprise, the results were visible after a few short weeks. The lawn never looked better! Underhill also does the fertilizing and weed control. Although not the cheapest, they are very reliable and the results are very visible. We have received many compliments from neighbours! This past summer, we finally got around to addressing the ceiling in the foyer. We had a couple of minor leaks, but a plumbing repair left us with a gaping hole in the ceiling. We coudn't decide between repairing the exisiting "popcorn" ceiling or scrape that down and have a new finish applied. We decided to go the more expensive route and had the ceiling (both foyer and upper landing) finished in a California Knockdown. Wow what a difference! The team at Mr. Stucco was very professional and courteous. The team leader was very patient answering any questions I had. They arrived on time and finished on time. The mess was kept to an absolute minimum as they encased everything in plastic and cleaned up at the end of the job. Thanks for a job well done. I will definitely use this company again!

I finally got around to having the chimney cleaned after about 5 years. I had used Magic Touch the last time also. They arrived on time, finished within the timeframe they indicated and charged what they estimated. While they were at it, they also looked for any trouble areas. All in all a great job!

I'm finally getting around to writing this review on work that was done about 1 year ago. This company was prompt in returning phone calls, showed up when they said they would, and stayed on budget. Their quote was a little higher than others we received, but we felt confident in their expertise. Most were quoting lower but tempered their quote saying there could be unexpected costs. The fans now vent to the outside the way they are supposed to. A year out everything still looks good and works well. Emailing us pictures of the work done on the roof was an extra nice touch.
