Started with the showroom - we were given great service. Picked out what we liked and scheduled a visit for a quote. The owner Peter came out with his son and did two separate quotes, one for each floor. We choose to first do the installation on the top floor first. The installers were timely, efficient, courteous and did a fantastic job laying the floor. We were very happy and we are soon going to complete the job by having the main floor done!

From start to finish dealing with Magic Touch was a pleasure. When I called to make the appointment the representative was very friendly and was sure to let me know that all of the service technicians were employees of Magic Touch and not contractors. She then scheduled an appointment for the next time a technician would be in my area. Today, Fred came to clean out chimney. He was on time, professional, very courteous, knowledgeable, did a great job and left no mess. We will definitely call Magic Touch again next year for our annual cleaning!
