Horrible service. Delivery was late, had to call 4 times. Each time they told me they would check on the delivery and call me back. They never did. On one of my calls when I ask when would we get the delivery (it was already late) they told me “whenever”.
We were also told they would deliver it into the house, when the order finally showed up we were told they only provided curbside delivery.

Had some issues with install of hardwood. and quarter round and the communication surrounding it. Installer eventually came out and did some fixes to the floor and quarter round. At least as much as he said he could do under the circumstances.

I have purchased flooring from Brystonflooring for over 25 years. Excellent workmanship. Very friendly staff. I have referred many friends and family to this company. Everyone has been very satisfied.

I had Bryston Flooring put Dura Ceramics in the kitchen and bathroom. The installer was professional, quick and high quality work. I have also seen instals of their hardwood floor installer and I would consider him a master craftsman....spectacular work...thank you Bryston

Last year Bryston did all the flooring throughout my entire house. They did Armstrong vinyl tiles in my two entrances, engineered hardwood throughout my main floor, carpet in all my bedrooms/ stairs, marble on my backsplash, floating vinyl in my basement and upper bathroom, ceramics on my shower walls/ tub surround. They also did all the baseboards/ doorstop trim everywhere.

This was the second home I've used Bryston and again was very satisfied with the installation and customer service. They were patient helping me choose all the different products.

I had an issue with a hardwood transition popping off, the installer came out and fixed it within a couple weeks and have had no issues since.

I would definately recommend using Bryston for any flooring project.

Our family had many questions and wanted to install hardwood for our main living space by ourselves to save on installations costs. The owners let us take home several samples without charge, let us keep them for as long as we needed, shipped in the product that we ordered on time and provided a very nice product.

Hi, I have used Bryston several times over the years. Last year I contracted them to install kitchen flooring (good job), ceramic tile in the foyer/powder room/closet (very good job), and to replace the baseboard/quarter round with higher quality material to match the laminate in the main floor. For the baseboard/quarter round, it took me several attempts (in phone and in person) to get them to make the appt. for the installation. Once they finally came, the installer attempted to complete the job in one day, with improper tools, in spite of the colour of the baseboard not being anywhere near the colour of the existing flooring. In fact, it looked like raw pine boards. I sent pictures of the results to Bryston, asking what could they do for me to fix the problem. Followed up several times and no response. I paid another company to do the job and I am now happy.
I'm very disappointed that Bryston did not attempt to contact me or to make any try to make me happy. I will not be using them again.

Bryston flooring had installed a ceramic floor in my kitchen. The grout kept on breaking. Thanks to Brian's suggestion, we braced the floor joists every two feet with 2 X 6 lumber. The floor was repaired again. Bryston flooring kept returning until the job was completed to our satisfaction. It took a while, but that is because I wanted a specific installer to do the job. He did a wonderful job. Eventhough the installation warranty had expired, they kept coming back to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. No charge. Very satisfied with the installation.

Very low quality install, no attention to detailed finishing.Had to come back second time still poor workmanship, zero customer service skills.

Full guarantee to remove floor within 30 days, brought in manufacturer rep who took pictures of finishing, spilled glue, nail holes stain already worn. Seams that don't fit together.

the worst part of doing business with Bryston is the bad attitude projected by installer. We will update home star when we get our money back and our floors removed. pictures of finishing carpentry to come shortly.
