We had a door to the garage installed. The two people arrived early and performed their job to my complete satisfaction. They worked quickly and quietly ( there is an elderly person at home). They also cleaned thoroughly after themselves. I was very impressed at how they explained in detail how the new door works, how to paint the frame etc. I am very impressed! Grace D.

We contacted Steve to renovate our 95 year old mother’s bathroom and install a walk-in shower; she was having trouble getting into the bathtub. Steve was able to reschedule his time and start almost right away. We are pleased with the result and Steve ‘s attention to detail. We are planning to call him back to do the master bathroom.

I have been a customer of Captain Electric for about 10 years and 2 homes. Whenever I call them I can count on prompt and courteous service, Recently my hard-wired fire alarms started chirping; I placed a service call at about noon and the fire alarms were replaced same afternoon. A couple of days later one of them was replaced as it was defective. I highly recommend the team at Captain Electric; they are a pleasure to work with!

I contracted with Richard and Jennifer to remodel 2 bathrooms (full remodel of ensuite and partial remodel of 2nd bathroom) in August. The work was scheduled to start in late September and was completed on schedule. I LOVE the results. Jennifer designed a lovely ensuite; once we chose the granite countertop at the showroom Jennifer was invaluable in helping us select co-ordinating tiles, paint colour, etc. Richard had great ideas and was very responsive throughout the work. The workmen were very well organized and ensured there was no mess left behind at the end of the day. I have been pleased to provide a recommendation to 2 other clients who phoned to ask about our experience with HSG Consulting.

Hi, I have used Bryston several times over the years. Last year I contracted them to install kitchen flooring (good job), ceramic tile in the foyer/powder room/closet (very good job), and to replace the baseboard/quarter round with higher quality material to match the laminate in the main floor. For the baseboard/quarter round, it took me several attempts (in phone and in person) to get them to make the appt. for the installation. Once they finally came, the installer attempted to complete the job in one day, with improper tools, in spite of the colour of the baseboard not being anywhere near the colour of the existing flooring. In fact, it looked like raw pine boards. I sent pictures of the results to Bryston, asking what could they do for me to fix the problem. Followed up several times and no response. I paid another company to do the job and I am now happy. I'm very disappointed that Bryston did not attempt to contact me or to make any try to make me happy. I will not be using them again.
