Bryston flooring had installed a ceramic floor in my kitchen. The grout kept on breaking. Thanks to Brian's suggestion, we braced the floor joists every two feet with 2 X 6 lumber. The floor was repaired again. Bryston flooring kept returning until the job was completed to our satisfaction. It took a while, but that is because I wanted a specific installer to do the job. He did a wonderful job. Eventhough the installation warranty had expired, they kept coming back to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. No charge. Very satisfied with the installation.

Ceramic Floor

I had a ceramic floor installed in 2009. I had problems right from the start. they used wire mesh and cement for install. When cement was dry, nails were popping up all over the floor. I informed Bryston. The floor was laid and it looked good. Within days grout began breaking and popping up. The floor was repaired by Bryston. Within a week it was breaking apart again. It was repaired again. Again it began breaking apart. This time I could lift the tiles off the floor with my hands. The tiles were not adhered to the thinset. It was repaired again. It's breaking apart again! Still waiting for them to fix it correctly. It's been THREE YEARS since original installation. I thought a company would do a site inspection to see if the floor was ready to take ceramic tile. I was told I had to install bracing every two feet between floor joists AFTER the insallation and numerous repairs. I'm still waiting for them to fix it. I keep getting put off. I'm sick of it. I highly recommend you don't deal with Bryston Installation and service are saddly lacking.
