This is the 2nd time I've used KNT for a full house renovation (right back to the studs). Bill, Tim and team are professional, do great work, always accommodating throughout the project. I would always (and have) recommend them to others.

Unfortunately my experience with City Stairs was quite negative and extremely frustrating. Stairs were designed wrong (and I had to move walls to accommodate after drywall was done), glass was measured wrong - twice, and many many installation delays throughout. While the final product was finally delivered, I was mostly disappointed by the lack of sympathy and communication from the owners of the company. They were more interested in getting payments before delivery during the process than actually delivering a quality product on time. There are key members of their staff that did try hard to make things right and I appreciated their efforts.
Great to work with. Kept with their timelines. Installers were efficient and friendly. And I love the doors

Full reno of 100 year old Riverdale house
This is my second time working with Foam Comfort to restore a 100 year old home in Riverdale. Would highly recommend to anyone. Great client service. Crews were great..they prepped the house well and completed on time. Energy bills are minimal after.

Retractable screen door for back door of house
I would definitely recommend Doug and his company Vista One. They were very easy to do business with, reliable, quick installation, easy payments and delivered a quality product. I love my new screen door.
Marco and team mishandled my project from the start. Missed key deadlines when he went on vacation for 3 weeks at the start of the project (without communicating), whic caused a two month delay as papers weren't delivered to the city on time. Made errors in the submission which caused another month delay. And in the end, missed an important city bylaw which meant the project couldn't be accomplished as planned. And then stopped returning phone calls....
Loved the outcome of my new backyard but did not appreciate how they did business. I was stuck with extra rock when Ryan miscalculated the order and when shrubs started to die within a few weeks, the company did not uphold their guarantee to replace them. I was forced to do on my own at additional cost. I would never recommend them.
Bathroom Cabinet, Counter and Fixtures
I was very impressed with Jim and Taps & Stones. He made great suggestions that helped with my design and delivered everything on time and on budget. It was a pleasure working with them.
