Outstanding. I would give more stars if I could. The Foam Comfort crew did work for us in 2022 and did a fantastic job with our new build. They took every precaution and left the site intact.

Yesterday (19 months later) while our roofer was finishing a few areas of our house pointed out to us that we had one area (second floor cantilever) that needed attention. We wanted to see if this area had been missed and had to be spray foam insulated before the install of the new aluminum soffits. I called the office and without hesitation Jennifer dealt with my request immediately. She sent Ariel to come on site a few hours later and he explained to my husband that they had sprayed but it was behind a specific area which we thought they had missed. We were wrong - Ariel explained how they had indeed insulated that area which made sense to us only after his explanation. Nonetheless Ariel, who is extremely knowledgeable and so kind, still took care of our concern and the crew came the very next morning to do the work. Now that is so rare to find these days, such great customer service and to care about their past customers.

Foam Comfort came promptly after we called to give us excellent advice on what we could do to insulate our kitchen that is being renovated, with a timely quote. They came and did the insulation shortly thereafter, at a time convenient to us. They did an excellent job with respect to both efficiency and effectiveness. It is a pleasure dealing with them.

I did attic insulation with them. Great overall experience and very reasonable price. Diane was very accommodating and managed to book an appointment on short notice. Donovan came on time, was very thorough in explaining everything, and made the overall experience as smooth as possible. Work took as long as was estimated. Highly recommend.

Foam Comfort was very responsive throughout the project, which was small but completed on very short notice. I was in a bit of a jam and Foam Comfort was able to quickly respond and provide the insulation I needed which kept the overall project moving forward without delay.

This company was hired by me to provide spray foam insulation in my brand new home. During the insulation process, the workers sprayed the foam all over my new roof and black shingles. The shingles are black and were damaged by discolouration resulting from the foam. I reported the damage to the company and they sent someone to return to try to remove the residue with water. Some of the residue came off, but much of it did not. There appears to be permanent damage to my brand new roof and shingles which I can only remedy by replacing them. The company knew about my dissatisfaction and then proceeded to charge my credit card without my authorization. When I asked them to remove the charge and reiterated the damage to my property, they ignored my email. There has been no attempt to contact me to try to resolve this issue.

I have a 1000 sq ft flat roof on a warehouse that more than 10 years ago required replacement. Closed cell foam was applied as an alternative to the usual hot tar or bitumen. Spray foam saved removing the old roof and creates a seamless, durable and energy efficient barrier right on top of the existing roof. The foam is finish coated with a roll-on membrane product to protect the foam primarily from sun damage. This top coat must be refreshed every 10 - 15 years depending on exposure. I've been totally happy with the roof the entire 10 years, but as it is an unshaded south east facing roof and the sun beats down on it, it was time to re-coat. There was also a small 10 sq. ft. repair next to a skylight where water had got under the foam. I found Foam Comfort to do the repair and re-coat as the company that had done the original install was no longer in business. Ariel and the Foam Comfort crew were exceptional from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed and tidily removed the damaged foam, re-sprayed new foam and then applied 2 coats of a newer formulation membrane that is bright white to improve heat absorption on the roof. They guarantee their work, but Im totally confident it was done right and Ill get even more years out of this coating than the original. I highly recommend Foam Comfort and I highly recommend spray foam as an alternative to the traditional flat roofing methods.
