Our experience with Delco was seamless and we couldn't be happier with our new front door. We were not only impressed with Delco's website but also the ease and time taken with choosing a new door. Beginning with a visit to the showroom, we were shown types of door, style and colour from a variety of samples. Thank you to Edan and his office, including the friendly installers for such a pleasant experience. And last but not least, the door which is so beautiful. We keep going outside to look at it. Good selection and showroom. Edan and office staff were very helpful and answered calls or got back to me promptly. Installation was quick and not disruptive. The new storm door is attractive and very sturdily built, and seems to have a good seal with the door frame. I would definitely return to Delco if I needed another of its products.

After receiving a few quotes we elected to go with Delco for the purchase and installation of our new front door.
Ayal was knowledgeable and patient. He explained the process and provided several options.
Elyse coordinated the delivery and install, which was on time.
There was a small issue with the install. We notified Ayal and Elyse promptly. After Ayal inspected the issue for himself, the installer returned to complete the required adjustment.
Great communication and customer service. Not to mention that the door looks great!

If you are currently considering new doors or windows my wife and I think you should seriously consider Delco Windows. From our first contact with Elyse who answered all our questions , and we had a lot of questions all our calls were returned and all our questions were answered, Our salesperson Ayal was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process, was fair with pricing and helped us through a tricky covid period and ensured product was installed with minimal issues.Unlike other reviews both of these professionals were reachable and returned calls on a timely basis. This is very important aspect of theses kinds of purchases. We recommend you ask for these individuals. The quality of the new doors we purchased is easily seen compared to our old doors, Igor who installed the doors and his team were fantastic, professional. They came to our home on time, they took care of it like it was their own put covers down.They than went to work and as we all know a big part of this process is installation. They seemlessly installed our new front door and our new slider door with no issues or damage. When they were finished it seemed like they had never been here and We can’t recommend Igor and his team enough. This process is how things should be done . Because of this we are considering upgrading our windows with Delco. Ask for these people we doubt you will be disappointed with a Delco.

We received a few quotes before choosing Delco to replace an old exterior door onto a second floor deck. They were able to provide exactly the door we wanted (custom full glass panel door with built in screen) as our small third bedroom that opens onto a second floor balcony had no other window for light or fresh air. Delco had a good price and the installation went smoothly. We will use Delco again!
