very happy with the service we received today for our yearly maintenance and so glad a costly repair was covered on our monthly maintenance fee..it would have cost much more to repair..the serviceman was very helpful and very friendly ...glad we choose you for our yearly check up!

This company was called to remove a skink from attic.Large ad in the Yellow Pages says 15% discount for seniors.Customers are in their mid 80's. When realized discount was not given the office was called 3 times to inquire as to why discount not given.Was treated in a very unpleasant rude intiminating condesending manner by their staff and hung up on clients.Refused to honour discount as advertised.Suggested that client may not even live in that house and only there to give those homeowners the discount! Also charged over $800.00 and didn't remove racoon! Another company did it for $50.00! BewareStay away from this company!!
