Do NOT use this company. I made the big mistake of not looking this company up on home stars first. The low rating it has is too high. The person attending found the squirrel's entrance point fairly quickly and installed a one way door. He then advised me to caulk possible access points around the soffits. I agreed only to find two hours later he had caulked the entire perimeter of the house at $8 per foot. This was unnecessary and expensive. A month later I called to ask when someone would come to remove the three one way doors installed as contracted for. I was rudely told that the contract provides for the removal of the doors but it does not say when. After six months I removed the one door I could reach myself, the others are still there.

In 2013 the company came out to assess a raccoon issue on a flat roof. We paid for the site visit of $195 and were told to purchase wire mesh and trap doors which were later removed by the company. Through the winter months the raccoons returned and we placed a call to ask if they guarantee their service. The main office booked a call out but they never arrived. When they were called we were told that they were late from their previous job and we would need to reschedule. We suggested they visit anyway and we were told to provide credit card details. Asking why they said 'we ain't climbing up on anyone's roof for free!'. I explained that the main office had booked us a follow up as we felt that perhaps the mesh had come loose and that we were happy to pay for any work but not an assessment fee for the 2nd time. The man we spoke with got angry and told me to go find someone else and that we should just forget it. This was exactly one year and one week from the time they meshed the area and he said that we were out of our 'one year' so it was our problem. He then hung up on us.

This was a shocking experience that left me extremely upset; The man who I spoke with was rude and flew off the handle immediately. He was unwilling to discuss the situation and as a result we would never use this company again on any of our properties. We have been forced to find another company who immediately told us that they have no call out fee. I should have looked elsewhere from the beginning then maybe my problem would have been solved from the outset.

I wished i had checked the Homestar reviews before hiring this company! We had raccoons in our chimney and I called AAA All Seasons to get the issue taken care of. They confirmed that there was a mother raccoon with 4 babies in our chimney and proceeded to apply a one-way door with a ladder to help the baby raccoons get out of the chimney. I asked them a few times to be sure that the baby raccoons were old enough to get out of the chimney and they confirmed that this was the case and they had ZERO doubts,

Fast forward 6 weeks....we are experiencing a huge outbreak of files in our house...we must have had 100-200 flies over a 3 day period. I searched my whole house and looked around to find the problem, but then realized that there must be a problem in the chimney. So I called AAA and asked them to come back and verify that we didn't have dead raccoons in our chimney....they came but the technician advised that he didn't see anything and there were no signs of any dead animals. Unsatisfied, I called another company...they came by the following day and confirmed that we had at least 2 dead baby raccoons up in our chimney and this was obviously the reason for the flies in our house. It goes without saying that I will NEVER use AAA All Seasons again!

We thought we had one squirrel - nope! A FAMILY of raccoons! Davin came on time and with everything he needed. He humanely removed the babies and placed them in a box on the roof so that mom would come back for them. He fixed/reinforced three vents with wire mesh so that they can't get back in. He consulted us through out the whole process, giving us advice while doing so. It's strange that the reviews here are so mixed - either 1s or 10s... We give them 10!

I called AAA to get rid of squirrels in the attic. They quoted me $195 (very misleading). The bill to install the one-way door was $390.00, my roof looks awful and I still have a squirrel problem. When they returned to remove the one-way door, I asked them to fix the problem, but they wanted the service charge fee to be paid AGAIN. The technichian was rude, as was the gentleman who answers their phone. I am out $400 and stil have a problem. I do NOT recommend them.

We had a problem with squirrels nesting in our attic. It took a couple of visits (one-way door, then screening) but it was resolved. Best advice we received from the company was how to avoid a recurrence by addressing our wood fascia/soffits. Very helpful

Do not use this company. I used them years ago and they were fine but this time around was another story. I called them to look at any holes in our roof for racoons because I could clearly hear them in the attic. The worker came out and only took a walk around the parameter of the house and did not even look the attic because he said they don't do that in the winter time (???). He didn't do anything and charged us $500. When I called to complain the person answering the phone was not helpful at all and started yelling at me and hung up a few times. I wish I had looked at homestars.com before calling this company.

AAA installed barrier screens for squirrels and other wildlife over the chimney, vents and exhausts to prevent entry. This helped to reduce visitation by the wildlife and not cause them any harm. The service provider was professional and explained the habits of the wildlife. We were very satisfied with the prompt, friendly service.

Avoid this company! We were having a problem with squirrels in our roof and called All Seasons. They came and installed a one-way door. A couple weeks later, they came back to check on the situation. We still had squirrels in the roof. The animals had exited through the one-way door and made a new hole in the roof to get back in. Instead of fixing the hole(s), All Seasons left the door AND the holes as is. They said we needed to get the entire perimeter of the roof screened over in order to fix the problem and that it would look ugly and left us ti decide what to do. Then, about a week later, they came back unannounced and removed the one-way door, leaving the holes. I was fed up and called another wildlife removal company. They came and repaired the holes properly with metal sheeting and shingles (rather than just covering with wire screen leaving the hole exposed as All Seasons did) and installed a new one-way door. They also said to call them in two days if we still heard the squirrels and they would come back to check and repair any new holes (if any) at a minor fee. About 2.5 hours later, All Seasons suddenly shows up with a ladder claiming they are here to take their one-way door. I told the guy that he already took it about a week or so ago. He said they have no record of it and he would charge me $150 for the loss of the door as I told him the door that is currently on the roof is from the competitor that had installed it the same morning. Luckily I still had the invoice (no charge) for the removal of the door from All Seasons and was able to prove to him that they had indeed removed their door. Lesson learned - a large ad in the yellow pages is not an indication of a reputable company. ALWAYS check the reviews on Homestars.

Nothing worse than hearing animals in your ceiling scurrying around all day and night long. They had been making themselves at home for a couple of days before we called AAA All Seasons Wildlife Control. To our surprise they came right away. In the rain. With a ladder long enough to reach the roof of our 4 story townhouse.

Quick, efficient and well priced. I hope I won't have to use them again but i will definitely recommend them to everyone who needs to get rid of animals!
