I was first referred to Halton Exteriors by a friend last year to change my soffits, facia, and gutters and was extremely happy with the work. This year, my house was hit by a flying object in a windstorm, causing damage to my siding and interior drywall in one room. Naturally, I called Frank back to replace all my siding and was very happy with the work. Frank's wife Debbie also does interior paining and renos so she took care of the repair of my interior wall which included drywall repair, wallpaper removal, and painting. I also had them in to top up my attic insulation and while in my attic, they had found that my bathroom fan had become disconnected and was blowing into the attic and caused some mold, which needed remediation and that was done at a very reasonable price. I wouldnt be able to give the exact price or breakdown for each job that theyve done these past couple years but I can say Ive had multiple quotes for the jobs and Halton was definitely always the most reasonable by far. With all the different types of work theyve done, everything was high quality top notch work, every person that worked on my house was very pleasant and meticulous. Communication was always great, they answer emails very quickly and always kept me up to date on what was going on (I was away when they did the siding). I would definitely use again and recommend for any kind of exterior and interior work that they do. Im very happy with the way my house appearance has been updated by them over the past two years (white trim and light siding is before, black trim and dark siding after).

Northwest Gas replaced and relocated my AC, installed a new tankless water heater, and installed a gas BBQ hookup and gas fire table hook up. I also got a Napoleon BBQ through them. Service and price were all fantastic and I've recommended multiple times.

Terra Contracting widened my driveway and replaced with interlock, replaced patio stones down the side of house with interlock, covered my front porch with natural stone, and installed some new sodding in my front yard where some trees had been removed. They were very efficient, reliable, friendly, and price was reasonable for the high quality of work. I had quotes from many interlock companies and am very glad I chose this company....would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

We had been looking to finish our basement for the past year and finally after sifting through many reviews on Homestars, we contacted 6 different companies to provide us with a quote. Domilya Group was the fourth company to quote. We were immediately very comfortable with Rachid; he was just the nicest person, very friendly and professional, and it was obvious that he was genuinely passionate about what he does. He spent a lot of time with us, taking measurements, answering all of our questions, showing us pictures, and giving us design ideas. He also explained in detail the materials he used and why and showed us pictures of some correct and incorrect ways to build/install certain things which enabled us re-review previous quotes more closely and to ask more intelligent questions of the contractors that came in after him. A couple other things that set Rachid apart from the rest were that he: Showed us all his licences without us asking. Included building permits as part of his quote (did not try to pass off proper permits as “optional” or try to discourage them - many others did - which gave us more assurance us that he is an honest person and confident in his work). He also did not ask us anything about how many other quotes we got and what other prices we were quoted etc. (always awkward questions for homeowners and it showed he stood by the value he knew he would provide for the price). The work included open concept living area, installation of new 3 piece washroom, and laundry area. Heba was very kind and patient and came over in advance to explain the how the process would go and to make sure all our questions were answered. Andre, and Nav were also very professional, meticulous, and clean. We really felt like everyone was fully invested in the project. We were always welcome to check out the progress. If, along the way, the team thought of a different idea for layout or materials that they thought would suit the space better we were always informed and asked about our preferences, even if it would mean that they would have to undo some of the work they’d already started. They worked a few late nights and weekends to ensure everything would get done in their 3 week timeframe and we were always comfortable with them coming and going even when we were not home. We’re so happy with the final product and are incredibly grateful to Domilya for the beautiful new space and the stress-free renovation experience we had. Ed & Jordan did a great job at removing stucco ceiling from entire house when we moved in. Not a fun job and not easy to find someone willing to do it. Kept the house clean during the entire process and completed in a reasonable time frame. Came back to fix a few noticable areas a week or so after completion. We have referred friends since and they have also been very happy with Jordan's work.

Had to call in an electrician due to damage caused from unsuccessful attempt at installation of a of light fixture :). The guys were great and fixed everything and installed my new light within half an hour. I would definitely use again.

Mark came to our place with samples and explained all of our options very thoroughly. We choice our carpet and under pad and he gave us a quote on the spot and was also very quick to send us a detailed written quote via email after he left (which is very important to us!). Installer came on time on the install day, around 9.00am and was finished by 1.00pm. Mark called a couple hours later to make sure we were happy with everything. Carpet looks amazing. We would highly recommend.
