Connex Electrical

After a new roof installation, we developed problems with the 2 bathroom exhaust ducts in our attic.
Connex originally installed the fans/exhausts and they came back quickly to help resolve the problem. As during the original installation, we are again so impressed with the cleanliness, quality and friendliness of Mike & his crews. Good job!

This was a small job but my mother was certainly not able to do it herself. The electricity went out on our stove burners and the rest of the stove was wonky. It all happened at once so we knew it was some sort of electrical problem. From the reviews here, we chose to call Mike at Connex. Certainly a much smaller residential job than some that they work on, but they were in the area and so came by the same day we called. They pulled the stove out, checked the fuses and plug-ins, and then looked at the breakers. Mike and his partner were quick and thorough. They found the problem breaker and put in a new one. Quick and easy. They were also quite careful to keep our rugs clean (as we had just had them cleaned). Very much appreciated and will definitely call again for future problems. Thank you!

This was a small job but our regular contractor never found the time. My wife wanted decided to check out this contractor as the HomeStars reviews were excellent and, if satisfied, we planned to use the company for future electrical needs/projects. Professional, polite and punctual summarizes our experience. Mike came precisely as promised and did an excellent job. He later phoned to check that all was well. We had our new pool installed and needed an electrician to come and hook everything up. My neighbour recommended Mike so we called. When Mike arrived he gave us pricing to install wiring for the pump, heater and pool bonding. Mike also told us we needed to stop the pool contractor right away so an inspection could be done on the pool bonding. We accepted his quote and within hours Nathan and Anthony arrived to bond the pool and hooked up our equipment. I took the next day off of work to meet with Mike and the inspector. Everything was good and we were allowed to continue. My husband was so impressed with their professionalism that he had them install some outside pot lights and a Sonos sound system so we could listen to music outside.
I would not hesitate to call Connex Electric again in the future if the need arises and would recommend them to anyone.
