The electricians that came to our house were polite and efficient. After the installation they cleaned up whatever debris was on the floor and left the bathrooms clean again. I would use them again, and would definitely recommend them. Niki P

My name is Alina, I work at a medical office and have called Connex Electric Inc. to come in and give us an estimate on changing our lighting throughout the office to energy efficient, run new power line for new equipment for our patient care area. The estimator (Igor) was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The job was completed as promised, for adequate amount and time. Electricians were very professional with our staff and patients. I would recommend this company to everyone and will definitely use them for my own house needs.

Mike and all of the people from Connex Electric have been wonderful. We were the victims of what Mike calls " Trunk Slammers. When it came time for our electrical rough in inspection, our former electrical contractor collected partial payment and then fell off the face of the earth. After three weeks of countless calls and delays we contacted Connex Electric and spoke with Susie. She had Mike come over to assess the situation. Mike arrived on time as promised. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Mike and we decided to move forward with Connex. The next day there were four electricians and two apprentice electricians on our site straightening out all of the issues and within three days we had power at our panel and a completed rough in inspection. These people are the best. They returned and completed our project in a timely manner. From chandeliers and pot lights to our pool and home theatre, Mike and the wonderful people at Connex completely came through for us. I would have complete confidence recommending this wonderful contractor to anyone. Thank you so much Mike.

Excellent quality work, punctual, reliable, trustworthy, honest staff. Over the past year or so I have had this company in to perform a variety of installations and electrical repairs, some more complicated than others. Wish I had ten contractors like them.

Mike at Connex is always great to work with...he sent two of his best guys in to help us with our office reno. They spent three days with us, recabling and moving our phone, internet and power supplies to suit our new furniture. They were so helpful..going beyond their jobs and offering wonderful insite to make the office a better place to work. All their work was neatly done and they cleaned up after themselves completely! They were on time and stayed late to get us ready to open. Thank you Connex, Mike, Andrew and John for a job well done. I'd recommend you to everyone!

Installation: OK. Any problems that came up got resolved quickly.
Billing: Not avaiable upon work completion. Bill sent by email, NOT itemized.
Followup: No manuals or warranty information was left with the customer.

Unlike several other electricians I tried, Connex sent someone as promised, in good time. Guy was courteous, and his apprentice helped but I wasn't charged extra.

When I wasn't 100% satisfied, they made efforts to make it up to me, and I appreciate that.
