Phil got us a quick installation date after our water heater broke. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Jordan and Tyler who installed the new water heater were very friendly and helpful. They were able to move the new unit to a better location near the furnace so no one can see it. They did the job in 5-6 hrs and it works well.
Very happy with everyone on this team and would recommend them for those needing help with the water heaters.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Anthony took his time to properly diagnose the problem and fixed our furnace right before the real cold winter weather started. Even with supply issues related to COVID they got the part that was needed as quickly as possible and even supplied portable heaters to keep my family warm as we were waiting for the part. From the beginning, Northwest was quick to get us information and quotes for a new gasline needed for our pool heater and gas bbq. They were able to help me figure out what we needed to get the job done. We hired them and they were there within a day !

We first got in touch with Northwest Gas to see if they could source and replace a failed Ventor motor in our 8 year old Carrier furnace under warranty - we were not existing customers. We had a '3-in-1 protection package' with Enercare, who had already suggested that we replace the furnace right away, since they had no ETA on the part from their supplier. Other companies we contacted were also ready to sell us a replacement furnace.

Alyssa was very helpful in getting information on the factory back ordered part and even suggested that we try other dealers to see if could get it faster elsewhere. A few days later, she tried again for us.

After 2 weeks with no heat, at my request, I got a very reasonable quote to replace the entire furnace from Lou. On the day we were to finalize the contract, he went above and beyond to source the replacement part from Carrier instead of replacing the whole furnace.

And finally, Anthony, who then came to replace the part within hours (and also had some contribution on sourcing the part from Carrier) was great. Very professional, did a neat and quick replacement, took time to answer my questions patiently, test and clean up everything.

It shows great integrity when a company acts in the consumer's interest to forego an easy sale and install of a new furnace down to just a warranty replacement.

Northwest Gas also offers HVAC Maintenance and protection plans, which are very reasonably priced in comparison to others. With the amazing level of service we received, I have switched over from Enercare to Northwest Gas.

I would recommend Northwest Gas to anyone for any service they offer.

Had the pleasure of having Anthony come to my house and perform a maintenance on my furnace. He did a very thorough clean and performed gas analysis which I thought was pretty cool getting all the technical details! He also changed my humidifier Filter as well and mentioned to me some tips as well. Would definitely recommend him and his team at Northwest Gas.

Northwest Gas replaced and relocated my AC, installed a new tankless water heater, and installed a gas BBQ hookup and gas fire table hook up. I also got a Napoleon BBQ through them. Service and price were all fantastic and I've recommended multiple times.
