I had Karol in to stabilize our main beam, he requested confirmation of the engineer recommendations which shows that he is committed to doing it right. He was very kind, friendly and informative when asked questions. Karol left the site very clean and made sure we were satisfied with the work. The guys who came in to install my new furnace, a/c and wifi thermostat were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They explained everything they were going to do beforehand and walked my through the operation afterwards. You can tell that they have a lot of pride in their work.
