After Valentin did the video inspection through toilet,it was determined that a blockage was upstream. During the excavation (aprox.) 5' it was confirmed a collapsed pipe would likely be the issue possibly due to a combination of previous improper installation and old cast-iron piping. Hats off to Denys & Sergheir who arrived on time and immediately began working on the gruelling task at hand.They worked dilligently until the job was complete..a full day. Valentin communicated via tx. throughout the day sending pics.of the progress along with explanations. The completion of work included the installation of a new toilet flange and new pipe connections for toilet, shower and kitchen sink. Much gratitude to Valentin and his team, Denys and Serghei. Once the job was complete, they cleaned up impressively!

My apologies for this delayed review. I wish firstly and foremost to thank Alina, sales rep. for making this project smooth sailing from beginning to end. It was great pleasure dealing with her. No doubt, she is knowledgeable, professional but more importantly kind and truly cares and understands your needs. Also, special thanks to installers Vitaly and Mingis who arrived on time and worked efficiently to accomplish the task at hand, right down to the impeccable clean up once job completed. I am pleased with my new windows and hope they will serve me well for years to come. I would not hesitate to use Optima again and would highly recommend them. Fifi.P.

Absolutely the worse customer service ever at the Scarborough/Kennedy location. If it were possible to score minus zero, it is what I would have given. I challenged the final invoice for balance due. They claim there was an cost increase. Initially when I placed the order in person I was advised there could be a possible increase or decrease in the cost. I went in person a second time to discuss my order and was advised there was an increase. No surprise there. I of course was not pleased but with reservations, I did pay the increase. The sales rep. Tatiana was most helpful, displayed patience, kind and above all professional. She advised me how I could cut my cost down by not adding the valance. The extra cost for the valance was not explained in the original order. By opting out, it helped cut the cost. Earlier this week I received an invoice requesting final payment as my order was ready for installation. I called BTG today wanting an explanation why a second increase when I had already paid for the increase. After being out on hold a few times, the rep agreed to give me a $20.00 coupon? I asked why only $20.00 when the increase was $40.89. The agent was seeking advice from one of her co-workers who then came on the line. By this time I was totally frustrated. After spending several minutes on this call, I did not wish to continue this conversation. In the end, I was "honored" $40.00 discount however this did not compensate for the poor customer relations. One should not have to "beg" for a price adjustment. It should have been given with a sincere apology instead of making you feel they've done you a favour. I would not recommend this company.

I would like to commend Baldwin and German on a job well done. After 40 years of having a furnace that never once failed, it was decided the time was right for a new energy efficient furnace. Was most pleased with their professionalism. Baldwin explained the process, prior and during the installation asked my opinion about the location of the PVC. I felt comfortable asking questions and Baldwin made certain all my queries were answered. All debris were cleaned up nicely! An amazing company..an amazing team. Fifi

Recently, August 2017 I hired the Vargas Family Roofing and Exteriors to replace my eavestroughs. I was most pleased with the efficiency and friendly mannerism of Elain and his team. Vargas family came highly recommended and I will also continue to do same. Thank you ever so kindly for replacing and fixing my "leaky" eavestroughs! Filomena
