We had Deck Space build a deck and pergola in our small Cabbagetown backyard and they did an excellent job. The whole team was professional, hardworking, and gave great attention to detail. They worked efficiently and really thought things through. What seemed initially like a simple project turned out to have a few complicated details which they navigated with great care. We are so pleased with the final outcome and the whole experience and would not hesitate to recommend them! Thanks so much for your great work!

We rented a furnace and air conditioning unit from Reliance at well above market rates for nearly 6 years - a contract that we unfortunately inherited when we bought the house. When we decided to purchase a heat pump several months ago, Reliance would not come to remove the equipment despite many promises to do so. We had to call about 7 times. Each time they would say that a technician would be in touch, and this never happened. When they finally set an appointment to remove the equipment, the technician did not show up. This was hugely problematic because I was having my heat pump installed that day. I then had to re-schedule that installation. After all of this, Reliance offered to waive the charges for March and April, and confirmed multiple times that they had done so; yet the charges remain on the account. I am truly in disbelief that I have been forced contact this company to resolve and re-resolve these issues this many times. I have never written a negative review but feel compelled to do so to warn others.

Rarely does one find a project that runs so smoothly! Eugene was able to provide a quote promptly and was an excellent communicator. We didn’t really believe him when he said it would take a day to do all the crown moulding in our house (400 ft) - sure enough, the crew was done at 5:30! Most importantly, they did an impeccable job. They said they would provide a vacuum and did so; the house was quite clean when we got home. I cannot recommend this company enough!! Thank you!!
