He's very accommodating and makes sure that his team does what you're looking for. Quote process was done via email initially so we have a general idea of how much the job would cost. He then came to my condo on his own to take a closer look at the work and affirm the price. We negotiated for a bit and agreed with a price. On the day of the job, he came on time and started working right away. I was astonished to see the pace of his team as they were able to take out all the old floors, baseboards, and old appliances within a day. The install went pretty smooth as well. I think it only took his team a day to do the work and another half a day to clean up my condo. He also kept me posted of his progress throughout the day so it felt as if I was at the job site. When the day of the reveal came, I was so impressed with how clean the condo was. I've had other contractors work on my home and nobody left the place as clean as Arben and his team. All in all, working with Arben and his team is a painless experience and I would be more than happy to get him to do other work for me. PS: 1. As we began our quest, we reached out to a number of companies and ended up going with David Reyes and his team at Olympic Roofing. He was an absolute professional from beginning to end and goes the extra mile in after sales service as well. In the quote process, he came by and took the time to explain what's happening with our roof. He then proceeded to do a thorough inspection of the roof to gave us a quote. We found his quote to be competitive considering the materials and warranty provided. We decided to go with him since we would get the most value from Olympic Roofing. Moving on to the installation day, his team came promptly at 7 AM as communicated previously. They went to work right away and were very organized in what they were supposed to do. He brought a big team with him since he wanted to make sure that the work will be done before the rain. They worked around the clock and finished at around 2 PM. I don't know how long this type of job typically takes but I consider this as record time! David then came the following day to do another check and provided us with the manufacturer's warranty. We had our initial contact during the peak of COVID-19 and he was accommodating in providing initial quotes through pictures for the safety of all of us. Safety protocols kicked in so we didn't get to move forward with the project right away but Kenny continued to follow-up from time to time to check on me. When it was time to start the project, Kenny came up to inspect the workplace and affirmed his quotes. His crew then started work immediately after and was very accommodating with the work as well as additional COVID-19 measures put in place by the property management company. Throughout the project, he kept me posted on the work his crew has done. He also made my job of managing the work that needs to be done easier by accommodating the flooring work that I need to do. My first encounter with Garrett was with the removal of a structure in my garage. I needed extra space for parking and didn’t know how to get rid of it. The quote process was simple; snapped pictures, price given, and he would come within the couple of days to get the job done. Amazed to see how he can fit everything into his van :) Satisfied with this job and knowing that he also does landscaping, I asked him to help me with cleaning up my yard from unruly plants, thrash, and stuff that the previous owner left.
