We had to replace our hoodfan with a microwave hood so needed cabinet to be modified accordingly. Kitchen brothers helped us modify the cabinet and install the microwave. Very professional and great experience shows in their work. They also installed a chandelier and several other minor electrical work which their team did without any issue.
They also cleaned up very well after they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

NOT KITCHEN BROS, THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, DAMAGING, IRRESPONSIBLE AND DONT CARE THAT THIS IS YOUR HOME. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY AND THERE GONE!

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Arman is the main contractor and his helper is his nephew which is, unfortunately, learning from his incompetent uncle. The mistakes were small to huge costing us thousands more because of Arman's mistakes. I have lots of pictures and videos documenting most if not all the problems.

PROBLEMS LISTED BELOW

Sunday night Aramn texts me kitchen work will start about a week late.
Not a major problem but we just emptied out everything from the kitchen and he texted me Sunday evening wasn't great as I found out he knew a week before.

The dishwasher falls forward crashing onto the floor because Arman forgot to screw the dishwasher in properly.

Made a mess of the backsplash, we explained to Arman that the backsplash needs to be stained with a sealant before it is grouted as this was specified when purchased and on every video installer we seen. if not done correctly it will ruin the shine and colour of the backsplash. We spent a lot of money for this specific backsplash only to have Arman do it incorrectly.

Quartz countertop[, Not sure why but it looks like the quartz countertop wasn't wiped down, cleaned before sealant was put on. Every area in the entire countertop you can see smudge marks, stains throughout. When the sun hits it or at night you see how bad it is, makes my wife and I not just sad but very angry. Believe Arman used a Chinese quartz countertop, which is not made correctly. He will not give me the type of quartz countertop brand and I have asked him repeatedly.

Put a cabinet door on wrong, couldn't fully open, would hit the oven handle.

Put another door on wrong as it couldn't open up fully, his solution was to have door open backwards.

Huge flood after he was finished and left. He hooked up the fridge line for ice and didn't hook it upright. Flooded my main floor and basement. Every towel, blanket, bucket was used and still water was everywhere. .
Absolutely horrible attitude when I called him to come back and look at what has happened.

My wife and I read the number one problem people have with kitchen reno's are the appliances don't fit correctly. So we spoke to Arman and explained we need his suggestions as the kitchen wasn't built yet. Arman said send him the URL and he will confirm they will fit. We sent him the appliance URL and the measurements of all appliances but we knew the fridge was the main issue with fitting so I sent him the fridge measurement highlighting the measurements. Arman texted back that everything fits perfectly . 2 months and the new $2800 fridge now in my garage. Arman takes no responsibility and says he didn't order it so not his concern I have all the texts with dates stating Arman confirms the appliance (fridge would fit) and he has admitted he made the mistake and apologized once but says after it's not his problem its mine.

Bought another fridge and when his nephew and Arman pushed the new fridge in there are scratch marks all over the front of the stainless steel on where Arman was. My daughter said she saw him push the fridge with a screw driver in his hand.

We also had nightmares getting the fridge in the house as it didn't fit either without taking doors apart. The delivery team had to come back numerous times to fit the fridge in the house and then finding out it doesn't fit and now sits in my garage is depressing after all that money and work wasted because of one mans incompetence!

When my wife and I were shopping I sent him the URL link to the products we wanted to purchase as he said he would let us know if they would fit. The only appliance that would be a possible problem was the fridge.
I sent him the URL of the appliances we were considering purchasing
Arman confirmed it would fit, plus I sent him a text with the fridge exact measurements and a picture with all details and measurements. Two months later and $2800 the fridge sits in my garage and Arman has the attitude, well the homeowners pick the appliances and it's not his mistakes. I have texts message with dates and have had him admit and apologize but later states it's not his issue or problem.

The back of the cabinet looks nothing like I asked him for. i showed him a picture that another contractor sent me and he said he could do it. NOT

I regret hiring Arman and his nephew as Arman caused months of stress and there was 1 day without a problem or complete hassle. When he would leave for the day and told us we could use portions of the kitchen and every evening we would see the mistakes or have problems like the dishwasher forward-facing crashing down or doors that couldn't open fully, scraping appliances. This was happening constantly.

The end result, we have to have the kitchen completely re-renovated!

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" WARNED YOU

This is the second time we have used this company for our Kitchen installation. This time they assembled our Ikea kitchen island cabinets and installed them. They are amazing. So punctual. Left the work site clean. Very polite and accommodating to our needs. Very precision work. Would highly recommend for your kitchen reno needs.

Custom job. Weird dimensions. Worked with me to get it just right. Completed quickly. No mess. Would recommend.

Arman and his team are outstanding!! They showed up as promised, handled changes happily and had lots of great ideas. As you can see from the pics, the end results are nothing short of amazing! We’ve had so many compliments on the transformation. We will be renovating our kitchen next and will definitely use Kitchen Brothers.

Arben just made everything easy from the beginning to the end. He's very accommodating and makes sure that his team does what you're looking for.

Quote process was done via email initially so we have a general idea of how much the job would cost. He then came to my condo on his own to take a closer look at the work and affirm the price. We negotiated for a bit and agreed with a price.

On the day of the job, he came on time and started working right away. I was astonished to see the pace of his team as they were able to take out all the old floors, baseboards, and old appliances within a day. The install went pretty smooth as well. I think it only took his team a day to do the work and another half a day to clean up my condo. He also kept me posted of his progress throughout the day so it felt as if I was at the job site.

When the day of the reveal came, I was so impressed with how clean the condo was. I've had other contractors work on my home and nobody left the place as clean as Arben and his team.

All in all, working with Arben and his team is a painless experience and I would be more than happy to get him to do other work for me.
