Garrett was able to provide me with a prompt and accurate quote before starting work. They showed up at the scheduled date and time and removed all the drywall in the kitchen and living room leaving a clean slate making it easy to begin the project.

Garrett and his assistant were amazing! My demolition project was completed just as discussed. They showed up on time, were very respectful of my space by making sure areas left were well protected, checked in with me during the process to make sure I was happy and left the site super clean when they were done. I am very happy with the work GNR Demolition did for us. We needed to remove the basement ceiling and some wood panelling, and they were able to do this in a reasonable time and cost. They laid out all the plans necessary and even took the time to explain why everything had to be done. Through the duration of the demo, they consistently checked in with me even taking time to explain what they had done and plans for the oncoming days. The rest of my home was treated with care through the entire demo and upon completion my home was left in fantastic condition, no old flooring, all dust was gone, any coverings placed around my home were removed, and my water and electrical was still in perfect working condition!

I was very impressed with his work ethic and professionalism and his attention to care and detail.. without me having to ask, Garrett went out of his way to cover the air vents and set up plastic drop sheets for dust prevention.
