Chad came into give an estimate and took the time to explain the different choices available, including the recommended colour choices, before giving me the quote. He did not pressure me to take the offer, which gave me the opportunity to compare prices elsewhere. When I called back 2 months later to place the order, I was still offered the same quoted price. Chad then made the appointment for installation 3 weeks later. Brandon came into install the garage door. He did a thoroughly clean and professional work. Later on the same day, Nick came into finish the job installing garage door opener. Rob came in next day to cap and seal the garage door. Over all very satisfied. Thanks Chad & Brandon for your time and showing me the sample doors and photos to make the decision simple and easy.

I went to Home Depot to get our windows replace. Mike Morris came to give us the estimate. Because of Mike we decided to go with Home Depot. After that got an email from Michelle Murphy, she arranged to get the rest done. The installation happened on March 22nd. Both installers Jeremy and John came in did an excellent and clean work. I was very pleased with their work also didn't leave any garbage at all. Thanks to Mike and Michelle for helping us to get this done without hassle. Mike, Michelle, Jeremy & John..Thank you!!!

At the end of December, I called Reliance to get an estimate for both furnace and A/C units. Kelly Gilkinson (sales rep) came in on January 5th and as we asked she took the time to explain the products and services included in rental & purchase options very clearly, which helped us make the decision to opt for renting on the very same day. Installation was scheduled within a week. The technicians Mike and Luciano performed a clean and quality work while providing explanations about the parts and procedures along the way. After the installation both Luciano and Mike took the time to go over the set up and usage of the heating and cooling systems in detail as well. We are very satisfied with their work and are convinced we made the right decision to go with the Reliance team. Especially Kelly Gilkinson took the time to answer my questions even after the sale and installation were completed.
