I would like to say the service tech was excellent, knew the problem straight away , showed me the build up from the famous Brantford hard water and fixed it promptly he gets a 10 star rating from me. The call centre is a different kettle of fish, not very understanding or helpful. Might be good idea if they were given a basic list that could help alleviate the problem until service can get there. I found myself that by turning the heater higher it gave enough pressure till the next day when the service tech arrived. Little things on a list by one of your pros could be invaluable.
