I am glad that I went with Chris and his crew to do my badly needed windows in our 25 year old home. From our initial consultation with Chris to the final installation day by his crew led my Artur, they were professional and efficient with their service. Form their prompt arrival at 8am to cleaning up and leaving very little trace that they were ever there after they left. One advice I am glad I went with brick to brick window replacement as opposed to retrofit because it looks much nicer especially on the inside with the new wider mouldings. If it's within your budget, do it! I highly recommend Optima Home Improvements for your window needs!

I used Visage Windows and doors to replace our front doors which were just about of fall off. Andy was easy to deal with and gave us a fair quote for our double doors with a triple lock as security was our primary concern. About 2 months later, their 2 workers came by and did the install in about 3 hours. They then swept the whole place clean. The doors look great and I get compliments from my neighbours now! The door are solid and we feel more secure now. Now looking to also replace my windows in the near future! One year update! Our door has some issues with a couple of small gaps and despite repeated calls and assurances, no one has come to fix them. One of gaps even allows water and cold air to enter the house!! See the pic! Update after this review! A repair person came by to fix the issues. All is good now. It's too bad it took a negative review to get issues fixed. Since the issue was fixed, I have updated the review to 8*.
