Everything worked out as planned and I love my new windows. The installers were obviously very comptetent and hard-working. Matthew came to oversee the process and answered all my questions as the work progressed. He gave me options as to the finishing details and recommended what would minimize heat loss. I'm relunctant to hang up my blinds and curtains again as I don't want to obstruct the view.

The service technician Thava (ID Q4204) who came to my home for my first (I'm a new customer) annual maintenance service went well beyond the basic requirements. Since, this is my first year with reliance, I had some questions about programming my Nest thermostat. He patiently walked me through what I needed to know. Furthermore, since this is my 1st summer using the AC, I had noticed serious vibrations transmitted from the ducts through the joists in the floor above. He came up with solution to resolve this annoying problem. It wasn't obvious but he was determined to fix the problem. All through his time here, he was pleasant and professional. A real pleasure to do business with this kind of technician.

Reliancehomecomfort assigned the installation to FUSION. Jason and Robin expertly installed the equipment. They were very polite and willing to address all my concerns as to the location of vent pipes and the position of the AC unit. They made useful suggestions based on their experience and expertise. They even quickly corrected a small but annoying problem that I've had with the duct work attached nearest the furnace. They left a clean work space. Excellent servie.
