Mike R from Reliance came this past Sunday to replace our water heater which had sprung a leak; he was awesome and did a great job. The tech on the phone initially told us that someone would be out between 8 am and 5 pm to look at the unit; we placed the call to Reliance on Saturday morning. I was surprised and relieved to receive a phone call from Mike at 8:20 am that he would be over in the next 10 minutes to take a look at the tank. Within seconds of looking at the tank Mike knew that it needed to be replaced and set out to remove the old unit and replace it with a new one. Mike did a great job making sure the tank was installed properly and fully functionally before he left. He even took the time to explain to me what the optimal setting was to keep my water heater at and why. Before this I was thinking of purchasing my own water heater but after the service I received I will defiantly continue my service with Reliance.

I had Brett come in to do a home inspection for our one-year Tarion submission. I found him to be very thorough taking the time to answer all my questions. He encouraged me to go around with him during the inspection of my home taking the time to explain different things to me. I was impressed with the binder he provided with all his notes as well as tips for the future. Brett also took a lot of pictures during the inspection, which he later provided via e-mail to me. In future I would highly recommend Brett to family and friends if they ever needed a home inspector

Thank you Chris for the kind words and review! I truly appreciate it! Ahh the one year inspection, sometimes can a very interesting one. At the one year, things have started to settle, things now have started to show. People have lived in the home for close to a year and now notice things they did not see when they first moved in. It's amazing how many times I have brought up an issue, and the home owner has already known and informed the issue on their 30 day, and the home builder has still yet to get around doing it. Or better yet, the home owner tells me, "yep they've come back three times already trying to fix it". .. and it's still a mess. In my head I'm thinking, "why can't the home builder just get it right." I mean, it's their job to do this stuff every day, how can they get it wrong? Anyway, hopefully all went well with you Chris.
