So they just finished. Knocked down old fence and put new posts and fence sections. They arrived in the am (939/10), stayed till about 7 on the first day, and we're done by 430 on the second day. They cleaned up, answered questions and addressed any concerns. It looks solid. Don't foresee issues but if so, they guarantee it and will fix. I will update review as needed . Price was best of the five quotes I got. I'll call them again for the next sections of my fence when they inevitably fall down.

It has been about 4 months since our reno. These guys were INCREDIBLE. Firstly, Tony came personally to help with design, consulting, and the some of the work. He listened to our concerns, especially around having dust in the house given that we have a baby. He put in special flooring protectors on the stairs and hallways, put in a commercial dust removed in the room, and made sure that even the debris was double bagged in bags and removed a day later so the dust would have settled. His team was very professional, courteous, and wore masks. When he installed the air cleaner (Huge, 50+ pounds), he used plastic sheets to create negative pressure through a window, which he also had an exhaust tube escape. This guy does things PROFESSIONALLY - not half-assed like many others have (my experience). The work was top notch - he was not happy until you were happy. Extremely responsive, and he finished ON TIME. We used the Design Bar - and glad we did. They really helped us put our design together and it looks phenomenal. Tony even helped patch up minor parts of our drywall in other areas of our house! This was out of scope and was happy to help. We will use Tony again for any other projects we have, I suggest that you as well. It has been four months since we had the work done and NO ISSUES. We had a total bathroom destroy + rebuild - moving the toilet and everything. NO leaks, NO issues, and looks FANTASTIC. We even added a fan, new outlets, more sinks, etc. Overall fantastic job. Tony went out of his way to make sure we were happy - and trust me, I'm "That Guy" who's very particular. If *I* am happy ("The caulking on the countertop isn't uniform, look how it's thick here and thin over there"), then I'm sure you will. Tony left us with a smile, and most importantly, a CLEAN HOUSE every day.

So I was finishing my basement from the ground up. With a baby on the way, I was in a time crunch. I posted on homestars asking for a laminate installer and Rick called the day after. He came and gave an estimate and checked the place out. I had no idea his reviews were so stellar. He came personally! So it was a no brainer. I was burned by contractors before (check my reviews) so I wanted someone professional, not a Mickey mouse outfit. They came a few minutes early, Rick with his crew, and remembered the concerns I had due to the last bunch of guys. Rick's team made all cuts in the driveway, minus jigsaw because that's understandable and not much dust and I understand that, and installed the floor in time. They also caulked the baseboard and shoemoulds, which I didn't think they'd do. Professional work, not just a guy using his finger. Really good guys and very talented. Anyway, from a guy who's very detail oriented and frankly a pain in the rear, I highly recommend them and already recommended Rick and his team to my sister. They even added the trim on an annoying post that was in the middle of the room, saving me lots of time. See in picture.

I contacted Leuri initially for another job, which ended up being larger and needed a full GC. I remember his professionalism and attention to detail, so when it came time to finish my basement, I rang him up. He came over and we walked through what was needed in terms of framing and gave me good options and ideas regarding bulkhead and how to cover water mains, etc. It was initally just for bulkheads and framing around the stairs, but he worked with my budget and was able to cover what I needed for the rest of the basement. He and his team showed up on time, finished when he said he would (1 day), and the work was top notch. He cleaned up after himself and it was cleaner than when we got there. He was also able to work with all my stuff in the middle of the way, as the basement was used for storage. Highly recommend - I've had bad contractors, and he is a breath of fresh air.

I was moving to a new house that was under Renos, and still partially at my old place. I called him in, and he was able to come in and give estimate with the contractors letting him in. A few weeks later he came back, again let in as I couldn't be there and too out the old others, be installed the new ones with new rails and riped out all the old wiring which was a mess and added new wiring. Send money by emt. Excellent service, never met him. Very flexible. Would recommend!!
