I was moving to a new house that was under Renos, and still partially at my old place.

I called him in, and he was able to come in and give estimate with the contractors letting him in. A few weeks later he came back, again let in as I couldn't be there and too out the old others, be installed the new ones with new rails and riped out all the old wiring which was a mess and added new wiring.
